So on the 28th of this month, I'll be boarding my flight to Korea. It's my country of birth but I haven't lived there since I was 4 and I have no idea how to do anything or how to go anywhere there. I'll be there for around two months and I'm looking for stuff to do while I'm there.
Obviously, Starcraft events (especially Brood War) are the ones I really want to go to. I haven't been to any live and if I get on camera (unlikely since I look like just another Korean), I'll hold up a poster with TL user's names on it (now accepting requests).
My Korean is lacking so I want to go to this Star Final Six event but I'm not sure if I need to be a citizen or something to go, considering they have the ID and everything.
Also, other than that, I'd like to know just some other cool places I can head to. And if anyone lives in Korea, it'd be great to have a meetup. I'll be around the Gwangju area so I can head to Seoul pretty easily I imagine. Hit me up and we'll set up a time/place (Though I'll have to google maps it probably).
Also, I'm going to Japan for 3 days later in the trip. If anyone knows any cool places to go around Tokyo (other than Akihabara), let me know
