lol this handout explicitly says "peer to peer filesharing software such as Bit Torrent, Kazaa, Limewire, etc ... Skype, Channel 4, On Demand and BBC iPlayer video services can use quite a lot of data traffic."
Now, I have 500+gb of starcraft vods from spring term last year at princeton (which was about... 5 months). This doesn't include youtube, gom player, sc2.org, and other various downloads I'm sure I did, along with some Japanese filesharing programs.
I honestly think there's no way I'm under 300gb/month data transfer, which is £51, or roughly $102/month for internet ><
P.S - I still don't have internet in my room. I'm currently using the Materials department computer room.
