Lol, didn't parting 'invent' it like back in s1/s2 2012? When all the tosses with (for once) glorious runs were all cheesed out by mvp?

Rain restarted the trend.

good points, I dunno lol. I missed a portion of WoL and missed most of Parting's games back then and Rain was the first one I saw that was heavily using them to great effect especially when he beat Taeja 3-1 before losing 3-2 to mvp.

Sora actually gives a good ceremony by drinking the whole (seemingly) juice bottle in one take

Too much just running around the map without doing damage, several times just ~15 range away from opponents army and several try's to catch a fight and cancelled, then finally one fight is happened. I just dont like to see that both have ~200 supply and still just running around the map ~15min long. I know that this is a huge design problem in TvP. The worry is just to big to lose a army within 2sec on both side. People liked it because it was exciting. The walking-in-circles is a byproduct of positional play (which is what super late-game PvT ultimately becomes) and I find it quite tense. I was essentially biting my nails at several points because I felt like Sora was about to overextend. Saying that the game was decided by a single fight is both right and wrong as well, both players made great plays and bad mistakes in the match and they stayed at each other's throats pretty constantly for most of the game, with Flash having to constantly deal with Sora's zealot hitsquads and Sora having to stay on his toes to not lose most of his production (ahem) to drops. The double feedback defense against Flash's drops made my jaw drop, and it was those kind of moments that made me want to write this. And I'd also appreciate it if you read what it is you're commenting before doing so in the future, thanks.
I think one of the things that caused so much dancing around was the map has a lot of chokes. Flash simply couldn't engage through chokes. But Sora was also afraid walk into chokes vs spread bio and vikings using air space from the north to snipe the vikings.

Someone should spotlight this, it is really well done.

most anti flash fans dislike Flash because of his fans and not because of Flash himself XD

I understand the problem between us. You listed all things what happened outside of the main-fight or direct fight (direct means army vs army). Yes I agree that they were great to see. Even after Flash killed 4th and 3rd Base, there was no direct fight, Flash just went back to home.
Can you see in my post that I only talked about the main-fight?
edit: looks like you dont like main-fight too like me. Stuff outside it were greater.
It's like the Art Of War by Sun Tzu. When all the positioning was done, the player with the better positioning will always win (both unit positioning and the players' mental state positioning). The battle is just the conclusion of formalities.

The jockeying for position is basically the sort of thing that only really properly occurs at the highest levels of play. Both players understand perfectly well that a slightly worse than great engagement could lose them the game, so they move around trying to find a great angle and zone out the enemy. This is always very interesting and exciting. If you only watch starcraft for the fights, you aren't appreciating the actual strategy of the game very much.
