They're going to nerf Relics and try and return balance to the force. Until then you can play other things. This is why a preseason happens. | ||

So the ambient gold is kind of neutralizing skill differences and the other mechanics try to make gold and xp even at all times. But yeah, I like the idea where top and mid both start with runic shield, and jungler still goes jungle, but constantly gank both lane so that top and mid can feed him more gold.
