So again, does it not proc for yourself? Which you can only use on the same target once every 6 seconds. Still, I guess you could stack AP and dash through a minion wave one by one to clear while getting one proc on the enemy laner. And then be useless after aside from a Lich proc. | ||

ROFL Ummm, NACL and other amateur leagues have been running 4 relic shields as a minimum, basically since Day 1. Least I've seen in a game post-patch was 5-6 relic shields, most was 9. 4 is the absolute minimum you'll see, given bot lane duo will always start with it now. Most teams have switched onto 4 relic shields already. | ||

Oh wait. It's been happening since the patch was released. Almost all the teams are going 4 relics each, and switching around their mids to see what happens. Curse Academy(i think it was) in that first NESL game used smite + karthus in mid lane. | ||
