not looked amazing from taejja but rly rly rly bad from masced, loosing 2 colossi for free, foget to put 2 phoenix in group so they stayed in front and died free, not fokus anything not tryed shooting in vikings with archons not pull colossi back so cant get sniped etc etc ... just REALLY bad play from masced i am shoked hard i hoped he can win but seeing that i say 0-3

I feel like Pheonix/Collosi doesn't play very well from behind. As long as Terran is untouched by harass and is comfortable enough to get 2 reactor starport, the counter composition (mass viking) is relatively easy to execute with.

So this build works only when the opponent doesn't react appropriately, is that it? I didn't see many "mistakes" by MacSed, he had the supply lead for a decent time before the attack, at a moment of the game where terran usually does. For him to get crushed like that, I just don't think that's a good build to use as standard.

Maybe Jim does it differently though?
