At night you may check a passenger's receipts and see if they are a true paying customer (pro-town) or a cheap skate trying to hitch a free ride (Scum). Being that you work alone and feel confident (you are a Sane Cop) that the passengers will be too drunk to beat you up anyway, you abhor anyone trying to protect you and thus anyone attempting to do so will fail. Then again it may be because you would try to squeeze money out of them too, cheap bastard. You win when all threats to the cruise passengers (Town) are eliminated. Good luck! It is now Day 5.
