TB, you need a special icon if i'm going to throw in with you! Used to be a translator for MLG and did stuff for the community, wrote a huge article about how SC2 is shit and will never amount to BW, and how BW is better than every esport. He proceeded to get called out by many, he couldn't take the heat, and got out of the kitchen. Bull**** Milkis is a long time contributor to this site, and to the community as a whole, as has TB. Both of them deserve a good deal of respect from this community, and their opinions should both be considered. Where did I say Milkis did jack shit? First thing I said was that he was a translator and did stuff for the community. Your reading skills seem to be lacking. Your post may have started well, but it was derogatory and gave the impression that he was a negative influence. I disagree, and he seems to feel similarly. Zefreak didn't know who Milkis was, I informed him who he was. Tossed in the drama that he was associated with to inform why TB is going a bit at him in this thread when he tossed in a few words. And of course Milkis is going to respond negatively to drama that he started. I have nothing against him personally at all. You neglected the part where he was a translator and strong member of the community from the broodwar days... I stated he was a translator, due grant I specified MLG, and that he did stuff for the community, didn't think I had to specify the time frame. If you did shit for the community you did shit for the community, doesn't matter when.

And you neglected the part where Milkis threw a tantrum and "quit" the SC2 community about a year ago. He had his time and his place, and now it's just kind of ridiculous that every time some new drama pops up he decides to weigh in. As for Boxer, he certainly threw his team under the bus when he himself abandoned ship for SKT1, but he is something of a demigod in Korea and will most definitely not be accused of anything from anyone in side Korea.

Does anybody here remember the first day crank started streaming, someone in chat asked if he was looking for foreign team and he said yes. I remember it because I was thinking maybe liquid'crank
But in his statement he said he only wanted to seek out personal sponsors etc after streaming didn't give him enough money

He knows and he's grateful for it. It's unsurprising that the smarter folks understand how much smoke and mirrors is in play here and how little CranK's reason for leaving the team actually matters at all. He could have left because he didn't like the colour of the wallpaper for all I care. So he hurt Jessicas feelings, boohoo, let's get real and talk about why the team actually collapsed and why the people in charge repeatedly refuse to take ANY responsibility for it happening. I think you're first of all belittling alot of people with that statement. But as to the reason for my comment on it, I think you're very much understating the impact that Crank may have had. It's not solely his leaving, but reasons given for leaving and subsequent actions. If you think that's not a reason for response, that's your opinion, and if I may say so, quite lacking in empathy. Jessica herself stated in her first statement that at times she was reckless, so to say she doesn't take any is ludicrous. I do admit however, that more self reflection might do her good.
Empathy? Seriously? She's trying to ruin a persons career and reputation because he "hurt her feelings" by not telling her that he was joining a foreign team. Despite the fact that it makes absolutely no difference what cranks reasons for leaving were. What about empathy for crank? He's the one who's getting fucked over here. While Jessica continues to act like a sociopath.

not even the looks.. they have a secured fanbase. and really, that's all that matters in ANY entertainment industry.

So he hurt Jessicas feelings, boohoo, let's get real and talk about why the team actually collapsed and why the people in charge repeatedly refuse to take ANY responsibility for it happening. I don't think this is about hurting Jessica's feeling. Jessica is attacking Crank at a very personal level because 1. Crank attributed to the break down of team Slayers 2. Crank's unprofessional behavior of not showing up for the team match just a day before the scheduled day 3. Crank was let go (released) from team with the promise of medical treatment, not seeking a foreign team Imagine Crank cancelled his MLG appearance on you the day before hand. Would you be pissed? Probably not if it was for sever medical reason. But then he quits the team citing medical reason and absolutely not to seek out another team with a better offer. Weeks later, he gets signed by EG. Then in an interview, he calls you an unprofessional manager. I hope you'd be pissed.
1: Crank didn't attribute to Slayers break down LOLO are you kidding me? 2: He didn't show up because he had a neck injury and said he couldn't play 3:He was released but he was never under a formal contract(written contract), he wanted to quit SC2 but he found his passion again so he signed to a different team because he didn't to have anything to do with what was going on with Slayers.
Your points are in-complete and don't tell the whole story behind them.

I don't know what the Korean audience is reading in that, but I can't seem to see how Jessica would come to a conclusion like this.
I seriously don't see why crank acting "rudely" to his elders even matters here. Jessica's story about crank yelling at boxer "what did you ever do for me" seems like a lie or at least a huge exaggeration at this point, not that a statement like that is even grounds for a witch hunt of his magnitude. When you fire people in America, you should have security escort them out in case of sabotage or even downright violence. What crank did is incredibly mild, even justified.
Jessica is seriously the cancer here, regardless of how "right" she was before this debacle. I wonder if this type of shitstorm generator tactic is actually a Korean PR control technique. I can't see this do anything positive for her career, whether she wins or not. Have you noticed how Boxer is sitting in the shadows with out a scratch to his reputation while Jessica is creating a storm of drama. She has deflected all scrutiny from the teams collapse away from the Boxer brand. Now it seems to me that she is just carrying on further as her ego won't allow her to take even a shred of responsibility for the teams collapse.

You have a total of 258 posts.
80 of them are in this thread. There are so many in the other SlayerS related threads from the past week that the profile search won't actually show all of them.

If you believe that Taeyeon and Jessica don't have any singing talent comparable to IU you don't have a good ear. Simple as that.

Is there anyone here who hasn't read much on whatever "drama" people say Jessica has caused in the past have an opinion on this matter? I haven't paid much attention to that and coming into this with no opinion on Jessica as a person or a manager I find her position much more believable. What did she do to cause people to hate her so much?

People keep saying that Crank promised Jessica that he would not seek another team. Where are they getting this from? Crank's claim is simply that he did not leave the team 'specifically' to seek out a foreign team. Also I think that's a crazy promise to expect Crank to keep anyway. If a foreign team offers you a place in their team for a salary, of course he's going to accept it.

Now you know how I feel about CranK.
It's taking a lot of restraint not to go apeshit at this point.

1. *sigh* go read the articles. 2. He was sent home to recover, couldn't he have let management known 2 day... 3 day.. 4 days before hand? Nope, he had to do it in a text. 3. LOL found his passion again? Oh look, jesus cured him of his neck injury and he found his passion again. Don't be naive.

Same thing happened with Dragon. Crank does come across as a bit dishonest and I don't think hes a complete victim in the situation.
The drama that has resulted from it isn't a proportionate response, though.
