I actually have some chicken wings sitting in the freezer, I am 100% making this tomorrow. Pureed chilies by themselves won't have very much flavor, so vinegar is important. You could substitute a mild vinegar based hot sauce like Tobasco or Frank's. | ||

I changed a few things but it was still awesome. Used drumsticks instead of wings Added fresh basil leaves to the sauce mix Added minced garlic to the sauce Much thanks! | ||
