The cilantro flavoring is very very light in this dish. :D my goal was to highlight the lime and sriracha more than anything, so cilantro is definitely playing a supporting role here. you can totally leave out the cilantro if you want! | ||

I guess I'll just have to try this with swordfish then, and tell you how it is! | ||
