Only Jjakji has won so far I'm pretty sure...
Nope... 0 Terran win in TvZ so far in GSTL
I meant in general but Jjakji in a TvP is the only Terran win so far this tournament which is pretty bad race representation wise
Doesn't matter, in GSL only one zerg got through. Nestea. People seem to focus so much on GSTL records, that they forgot there are already 4 terrans through to Ro16.
It's only 3 Terrans that got through (one being the champion, and one was guarantee to go through anyways from a 3 T group)
And strictly TvZ speaking in GSL, it's only 2-1 series win in favor of Terran, BUT that's only because there's been 3 TvZ series played so far (Nestea vs Stc, MvP vs Line, Happy vs Line). So both loses in TvZ so far are due to Line, who never was that great to begin with.
So basically, the stats in GSL so far means nothing for TvZ. Only 3 Zergs played so far, Nestea got through, Curious lost to Toss, and Line was the only one that didn't go through due to T.
But on the other hand, TvZ is 0-12 so far in GTSL, so that is somewhat of meaningful stats

Curious got smacked down by Seed, not a terran. and Line is Line. wait for the good zergs to play next week before passing any judgements on that.
Yeah? GSTL is famous for not being representative of a player's skill then. MVP and nestea suck in it, I don't see why people are passing judgement on it, its more like they want to prove something.
I dunno man 0-12 tvz seems like a problem not related to skill seeing as how mvp mkp and mma all lost to zergs.
You got to give the TvZ match-up time. Prepatch terrans just went reactor fac hellions 95% of the time, and they've only had a month to adapt to the increased queen range. They'll figure it out much better and you'll see TvZ improve. Too often in SC2 people see one race temporarily weaker (like the 111 vs protoss) and assume it's because of fundamental imbalance, when a lot of the time you can solve the problem by giving the players time to figure out a solution.
1-1-1 vs. Protoss is a bad example to use because Protoss was buffed in response to that xD
I still don't get how the immortal range was a buff for the 111 though. Its pretty funny that they buff the observers after so long. I thought that would be the logical thing to vs the 1-1-1

Right. You can't see how a range buff is a buff..
for the 1/1/1 you doughnut. read properly
Way too many cases where an immortal was dancing in the background not firing.

For starters they should stop trying to adapt to the Queen change and adapt to the new playing style of Zerg players, which was emerging separate to the patch.
Zerg players have finally started to find a way to counter what was one of the most commonly used opening builds in any of the match ups. This has naturally unsettled the players that were completely used to doing that build over and over again.
This kind of thing has been happening in the game since it's release. A race evolves a strategy that does really well against another race and it can take weeks or months for the other race to find a proper way to counter it. This has been going back and forth for a very long time and will continue to do so.
The game will never be truly balanced, there's a huge amount of meta gaming involved and a lot can change independent of patches.

Stats like that are only relevent on a huge scale especially when its only 12 games on different maps and we can watch the 12 games and see why they went the way they did.
Rofl, moon does not deserve a code s seed just because of his GSTL run, other players have had similar runs and fall off the map not soon after. Not saying he will but it takes more than winning a few matches to get into Code S. Win a championship, for example.

one of 3 zergs have gone through. 3 of 7 Terrans have gone through.
GSTL is less preparation based, maybe that's a better indictation of balance since it's more like a ladder match? no idea.

I voted no purely becaue the invites have a baseline for how they are decided (foreign events) and Moon hasnt had sucess at any of those.
That has NOTHING to do with the question ...
Of course it is, if he is to get invited it would be thru one of the two invite seeds which have baselines for how they are decided and he didnt do anything to earn those.
