106 drones but did you take into account how many were needed for structures? He had a lot of spines near the end; don't know if that was from extra drones, or if he built the drones afterwards.

You got to give the TvZ match-up time. Prepatch terrans just went reactor fac hellions 95% of the time, and they've only had a month to adapt to the increased queen range. They'll figure it out much better and you'll see TvZ improve. Too often in SC2 people see one race temporarily weaker (like the 111 vs protoss) and assume it's because of fundamental imbalance, when a lot of the time you can solve the problem by giving the players time to figure out a solution.

I don't think that makes much of a difference, if anything terran is better in bo1 because you have a lot more openers compared to other races.

It's because they have an agenda and people who have an agenda will always try to use anything they can to prove themselves right and get what they want.
I don't think many people in the SC2 community genuinely believe that best of one games are capable of showing skill or even balance properly.

Also MMA lost because he screwed up. MMA bunker rushed a zerg killed the hatch than ran up ramp and lost all his units. Its hard to even say that loss is due to anything other than a mistake.

The main problem with 111 vs Protoss is still the map size.
