My blog isn't very popular, so I decided to copy some of the ones that I like the most. So here it is: Cooking with Daniel. I love listening to music while I cook, maybe you'll like to listen to some while you read this:
I got the idea late at night, so I did with whatever I had in the fridge.
First ingredient
Meat
Not the freshest but you will find that meat stays red at least a week after the so called Best Before date. Also you would want to put it in the fridge the day before so it's not frozen by the time you are ready to cook it, considering my freezer doesn't work I skipped that part.
Second ingredient
Seasoning
I happen to have ketchup and soy sauce but really you can season with whatever you like. We now have all that we need so let's find a pan and heat it up.
I usually avoid cooking at night because it gets so dark I can't see outside, it creeps me out.
I don't have a measuring cup, but this is a regular glass, I'm sure you have a similar one. Use this much ketchup.
And for the soy sauce. Well, you can't really see through the ketchup, I should have cleaned the glass first.
But you get the idea, about that much.
Pour and mix.
Ready to eat, very hot, be careful.
Add favorite topping. It goes well with meat stick.
In reality, we all know that what makes a great meal is where and with who you share it. So me and Daniel sat in the living room, and enjoyed our meal together.

I assure you, the taste has nothing minimalistic.

If you like the smell of meat, ketchup, or soy sauce, this should be right up your alley.

I'm not sure how you can define meat at it's purest form as "gross", unless you are a vegetarian. If so please send vegan recipes this way and I'll most likely cook them for you guys.
Actually, I actually am a vegetarian so that may have something to do with it. I do plan on sharing some of my more interesting recipes so... more food blogs hooray!
I updated the entry with some music that might inspire the fellow cooks here on TL.

Eating right is quite simple. Find the amont of calories that you burn daily, eat your daily vitamines and nurients and really every other calorie can be protein if you want to be tall and strong like me.

That makes so much sense, but so many other things can be improved. Discarding both of these wouldn't affect the flavor much, and it would save space in my fridge. For example, I intend to use dry seasoning on the next meat I cook, such as salt and pepper. These two add a lot of flavor without the added sugar and tomatoes which you'd usually want to avoid. Then again, soy sauce is often regarded as the best source of soy, so I might keep this one.

You make me feel guilty about not writing a food blog last week, though I was sick, tired, injured wrists, blah blah.
Thank you for appreciating the work I've put into this. I don't have a good camera and honestly all the light from the flash kinda broke the mood. In a perfect world I would have used long exposure to keep the natural lightning but that shot in the fridge where the bulb provided enough light ended up pretty good. I wish the whole thing turned out this way. Though I have to say the flash gave pretty good effects on the closeups.
To be honest with all these conditions your food blog would have been amazing. Don't take bad mood as an handicap for your creativity, take it as inspiration.

I was heavily inspired by Henry's Kitchen (look it up on Youtube, it's pretty good), I don't deserve praise for the idea, just for the work I have actually put into this. Then again, Henry has a production value, friends and support, overall nice things, while I don't have any of these so I guess my version is more "real".
