Maybe they want more romance in C&C? Romance options-love is war? Paragon and Renegade options! The terrorists can now be the good guys!
I bet you'll get paragon points for doing optional and bonus objectives with which you can later charm the hot briefing chicks on the enemy's side.

They probably recognised that they completely ran the C&C franchise into the ground with that awful last one, so now they throw it to Bioware in an effort to salvage it? I dunno, and i really dunno what to expect from it..

But Bioware makes RPG or RPGesque games...I just can't imagine how that would be implemented in C&C save with some sort of Dawn of War 2 system of campaign, but that wouldn't be Command and Conquer anymore.
Back to ME3, I think that SPOILER ALERT + Show Spoiler ++ Show Spoiler +I think there was a misunderstanding for the Catalyst's voice. It may be that of the boy in the vent, but as we've no doubt seen many times, he dies. I think that it uses his voice in order to communicate with Shepard simply because he was really the first true death that Shepard witnessed during the Reaper's return, the first child and innocent to die, and that left an impression on Shepard that the Catalyst was able to use and communicate through.

Woah ^ that sounds like some heavy speculation man

Psychology. It works, and is also insanely predictable. I mean, even Bioware is crazy enough to + Show Spoiler +use a cliche ending of "yeah that kid at the beginning was the key to the whole galaxy". I wouldn't put it past EA, but Bioware hasn't been totally corrupted yet.

Also, after watching HEAVY SPOILER ALERT + Show Spoiler + I know I'm right, but that doesn't make me feel any better about this ending.

+ Show Spoiler ++ Show Spoiler +Actually, from a certain point of view it does, but that reason also destroys the Mass Effect universe for any further use. With the mass relays destroyed, nothing will work anymore, and the galaxy will never be able to go back to pre-ME1 status because of it. It just wrecks the whole franchise, and I wanted something more optimistic. Even in the best ending, you are stranded from anyone else. I wanted to have the happily ever after ending, but apparently that was too much to expect.

Won't work, not enough time for a completionist like me.

I got my hands on the game a bit earlier, no spoilers here, but after 5 hours of play through with my ME2 imported character, I'd say, this is definitly, the best BioWare has offered of all time, the combat system, the graphics, and the over the roof story telling. My mind is blown, totally, even more than what Mass Effect 2 got me. This is my Game of the Year. This is the greatest masterpiece of this generation.

A quick question: Are all your spoilers related to ME2 or ME3 (I'm too afraid too look at them or posts containing them)? If they're related to ME3, how are you already playing?

You got the other ends as well? Can you link or PM me? I've read about them but youtube videos are taken down too fast.

Probably a good move, the thread is going to gain momentum over the next few days and explode once people reach the ending.
