the problem is. even supply mech vs protoss best you can do is trade even. and your units are more expensive and build way longer. and are way slower (except helions). its just not worthwhile.

When you go Hellions you should be trying to kill worker lines as much as possible. I think that is a stable strat cause you allow yourself to get 3-4 bases while constantly running in Hellions to kill probes which is what MKP did can't push out when you will lose all your econ is seconds from 4 hellions.

They didn't kill his whole worker line and genius could have taken better precausions against this when he saw all the hellions, not to mention he still made a fight out of it.

It was the run-bys that worked, the hellions didnt almost nothing in the engagements. They're rate of fire combined with their range makes them suck in engagements. Forcefields completely shut them down and their rate of fire makes kiting with any bio awkward at best.

Well herp derp you can kill just as many with normal hellions because blue flame doesn't kill probes any quicker nowadays.

It's almost like terrans are so convinced that MMM is the only way to play TvP that they basically debunk any other strat that seems even slightly plausible. I'd love to see that kind of play more in TvP, MMM is getting boring.
