I personally if people are going to do ladder blogs, they should be posted no sooner then at least 2 weeks and had plenty of ti,e being written, which you did cover. It's annoying to see a constant supply of them and seeing the posts of a low level player stating to go pro or something can be annoying if posted to often.

Blogs are more personal than threads in other sections. I can post without proper etiquetes and stuff. If you don't like what you are reading then don't read. And yes I have a total of 2 blogs with just 1 response and 1 of them got closed for too poor content.

If you're going to post, make it slightly bearable for the rest of us. If you really have nothing to say, don't hit post.

2. stream threads for low level players. nobody is going to watch your games because they dont care to watch bad players. why would i choose joe blow plat/diamond/masters/even low GM when i can watch koreans, high level foreigners, or the fifteen million tournaments that are out there? 3. people ranting about other people's threads (i.e., this post). why do you give a shit? why do i give a shit? why did i just waste my time writing this useless post. =(

Basically, they're the Blog-equivalent of the pokemon theme song, except nobody likes it, nobody sings along and nobody cares.

Basically, they're the Blog-equivalent of the pokemon theme song, except nobody likes it, nobody sings along and nobody cares. you couldve replaced pokemon theme song with any song and the analogy would still stand lol edit: great OP, agree 100%. Would like to read some interesting stuff about other TL members in the blog section

Just seems like a real dick move to say "you're worthless, what you're doing is worthless, stop doing it." regardless of what the person is actually doing. It's not like they are breaking rules and/or being offensive.

Let the people have their hopes and dreams and aspirations, even if they are poorly thought out and most likely wont be realised. Just seems like a real dick move to say "you're worthless, what you're doing is worthless, stop doing it." regardless of what the person is actually doing. It's not like they are breaking rules and/or being offensive. It's just frustrating seeing quality content pushed down by lengthy updates of how some random guy did on the ladder today. If you did this daily on facebook most of your 'friends' would block you from their feed, so why should strangers give a flying fuck? People need to realise they are just one person among many thousands. If they want to share they should at least put some effort into making there blogs readworthy rather than info-dumping.

That's a fair call, I guess I can support telling them to put more time in to making their posts more interesting. I dunno, the OP just seems really harsh in it's criticism.
