Lottery isn't taxed in UK, no money won via gambling is taxable in the UK i beleive ^_^ Huh, you're right. Apparently that's even true for my country. Maybe it's something to do with the lottos being state owned?

Anyone can create a fantasy matchup, and then people pledge donations (but don't actually give any money except if/when the match is played).
Regardless it's leading to a lot of idiots tweeting at them even though they are far too busy as tasteless just mentioned.

MMA should get into kdrama, that guy is too handsome.

yeah it is.
"Somewhere along the line in the development of ESPORTS, the Korean broadcasters OnGameNet and MBCGame made a shrewd business calculation. They determined that ESPORTS was too driven by star power to allow them to hold truly open competitions. They needed to strike a balance between making sure their tournaments had enough stars competing in them, while allowing enough opportunities for rising players so that they could nurture new stars and maintain the legitimacy of their tournaments.
The system they came up with? The top 1/4th of the players are seeded back into the tournament, while the remaining 3/4th get second chances in the lower, qualifying tournament. And now, GomTV has changed to such a system as well."

So basically it's still waste of time pledging any donations when nothing is going to happen, especially between these two. Retarded site not to mention all the follow-up caused by this.

Lotto is tax free in Australia mate, and most other countries I think

The site is a bit weird, but no donated money is charged or taken out of peoples accounts until the showmatch is actually confirmed to be happening. It's basically an "I want to pay to see this match" scenario, then they try set it up, and if it happens the donations go towards a prize pool, while if it doesn't then no one loses anything.

What lovely snowfall
Can't see Zealots though =p

He understands, he said he doesn't want to be in a position where he has to say no. When people pledge a lot of money, they get their hopes up, dreams will be crushed.
Well yes, but the entire point of the site is to entice people to play showmatches if they think the charitable amount is high enough. It wouldn't make sense to "ask first".

Also when will people learn not to all in MC? He is probably the best protoss at holding one base all ins from terran and zerg
MC is awesome at holding all ins, but the one from ryung was shitty at best.
