It's still simple, clean and working perfectly. How can I support you without paying something/donating ? Do you have a Twitter/Facebook or website with ads to click on it ? Awesome job. Answer: How can you help? I put an ad on the Sc2gears home page, but since the new Chrome started to give a scary warning bar for https sites that has http content (ads are linked as http), I removed it temporarily to not scare the visitors.

Is there any way to change the type of APM the "On-top APM Display" is monitoring ? According to the website : Sc2gears is not a 3rd party program! Sc2gears is an independent program: it does not interact with StarCraft II, it does not read or modify StarCraft II's memory and it does not modify the files of StarCraft II. It means that SC2Gears is checking Keystroke and Mouse clics when calculating the APM display (-- does not depends of Starcraft 2 APM Calculation), witch means you could do an option to select which type of APM you would like to display ? It would be awesome !

It would be awesome ! Not possible since for the "On-top APM Display" sc2gears uses APM values that SC2 stores into Windows registry. SC2 stores these values into the registry for Razer's SC2 peripherals (mouse, keyboard & headset) and thus the values can be read by any program.

If that's already possible, would somebody tell me how? Simply select everything in the chat log (CTLR+A) then press CTRL+C to copy all chat messages. If you want to automate this process for many replays, check out the command line interface (you can print the in-game chat of a replay): https://sites.google.com/site/sc2gears/features/command-line-interface

I would not risk for receiving cease & desist letter from Blizzard for our favorite SC2 tool, if that feature would be implemented. If you really need to empty the chat logs e.g. for shoutcasting purposes you can always do it manually. Replay files are MPQ packages and chat logs are stored in a single separate file. Just clear that file and chat messages will be cleared. Thought I consider that changing or adding chat messages made by the players is unethical.

That said I agree it's pretty unethical to tamper with the chat content if you are sharing them in any regard.

SQ was used as a, while limited, quantitative way to record improvements in spending over time. The OP of that thread just used excel to do it, and I was wondering if you could implement that in the next gears update, since sc2gears already seems to do everything else. There is no necessary data stored in the replay file for calculating SQ. This has been stated several times in this thread and in the original post of the SQ thread You might want to take a look of other tools like: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=266019¤tpage=48#957 (Edit: Added link to other tool that uses OCR. Have not tried it myself)

Go to the Mouse print tab of the Misc settings dialog, and there you can change both the background and the mouse print color. EDIT: I misread, you're not talking about the Mouse print but the Mouse practice game. What colors would the color blind people prefer?
