I'm not sure if I should focus on improving my early / middle or late game There is a "Game lengths" tab in the Multi-replay analysis which contains exactly this data.
By default it groups your replays in 5-minute packs (0..5 min, 5..10 min, 10..15 min...) which you can change on the Analyzer tab of the misc settings dialog if you want more or less groups.

With the season changing, I'd like to take all of my season 3 replays and add them to some sort of archive or separate folder so I can keep them apart from season 4 replays. I have the replay folders set to default currently. What would you recommend to be the best way to do this? I'm afraid to experiment myself because I don't want to mess the folders by accident.
Edit: I made a "Season 3" folder in my c:/SC2Replays folder and copied all my 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, and 4v4 replays into it, then cleared out all of the replays in the original folders. I suppose this will suffice. Is there an easier way using the program?

Would there be interest in another Sc2gears Video Contest?
For reference, here is the link of the first one: Sc2gears video contest #1
If you'd be interested, please post so I can decide whether to arrange a new one.

I am not able to upload a single replay to drop.sc. I can upload in batches just fine, but the following scenario doesn't work:
Played a game. double click SC Auto Reps left click top rep right click top rep Share type in password, select drop.sc Click upload.
At this point, it hangs. No success, no failure, frame does not close. Only way out (that I can tell) is to close the parent frame and restart.

Okay, cool! Just reporting the issue. Thanks for update.

Is there anyway to set the analyzer to unskip replays?
EDIT: Never mind. I figured it out. I just adjust the minimum game time setting.

My sc2 gears has extra games. Like I`ve only played 20 games on this account all today and it says I`m 20-14. I dont know where it is getting the extra 14 games. Ive only played on this account today.

Maybe the folder you chose to analyze contains both auto-save folders (one where SC2 auto-saves, and one where Sc2gears auto-saves)?

The only niggle I have with SC2Gears is that the sorting is done incorrectly when using replay searches etc - sorting is done by sorting the text strings, not the actual values those strings represent. Eg, if I sort the replays by APM I get:
0 100 100 100 101 101 101 102 102 102 103 103 104 105 106 116 60 60 61 62 63 .... .... 97 98 99
Which is obviously not correct. Altering the "game date" format also causes the sorting to fail for the same reason.

SC2Gears is, and always has been amazing... THank you so much for this

The necessary spending quotient data is not stored in the replays sadly, so it can't be calculated after the fact.
