I'm just going to write some questions about league of legends.
What do you think of the game?
What do you like with the game?
Is it fun?
I think it's okey, but fun when you play with friends since they are more experianced with the game and knows what to do and teaches you. I think the game is made to play with friends even if you are a newstarter in the game. The friends in my opinion is the thing that makes tha game
I lke the way the game is set up the lanes, the heroes the money! that some heroes are abit better than others and some are good at this and that.
As i said it's fun with friends because it's not so fun playing alone and not talking to some one. like Counter Strike for instance it's much much funnier if you play with friends or in a team.

I actually started LoL a few days ago when my friends recommended it and I enjoyed it.

I don't know what i like
Fun sometimes
-Its fun , much worse and less skillful than dota ( Playing for 2-3months and im already 2.2k + rating , which is like top 50 in europe or so). Good for relaxing. If u have played dota on any level the learning curve will be a breeze.
-Its casual , i play with some irl friends

It's alright, early game (basically before first dragon fight) is boring as fuck though. Also, with their xp, level, and gold system, they don't really promote you leaving lane aggressively unless you're alistar or poppy or something that can kill through a flash. If early game was more aggressive I think I'd have a lot more fun with it.
I play mainly low level team games with friends but have a high level level main account as well. Haven't played so much this summer, work, SCBW, SC2, and HoN have kept my attention, but I do enjoy it when I play with friends. (mostly cause low level early game is super fun, lots of kills)

1. It's like the perfect dota type game (moba whatever) for casuals and I'm not surprised it's so popular, tho at high levels I can't see the appeal.
2. I liked the game a lot a while ago, though my fondness of it seems to be quickly decreasing.
3. It's pretty fun, but gets boring fairly quickly (esp in ranked games with same team comps over and over).

I think it's a piece of shit and I hate playing it. So I quit it and now I am only playing DotA instead. :D

Great for pubbing, not so much for pick up games or competing.

Just play HoN. Far better graphics, F2P, better hero designs, and really fast action compared to LoL. Just in the laning phase alone its not uncommon for a lane to trade multiple kills if you have good lane combos. Quick example, glaciu and sb........that practically guarantees a kill, while both of them are also quite squishy, so they can get ganked fairly well themselves.
A few heroes are pretty op in pubs though. Emerald warden comes to mind, as well as fayde, dev, and hammer. If you have a lane with something like hammer and witch, just call for ganks non-stop or hammer will be untouchable by minute 20 assuming he has some idea of what he is doing. If you let him get an elder wand and bkb, just cc.

It is decent. DotA is more fun for me, so I play that instead.
The thing that bothers me the most is the payment system, summoner skills and runes (I think it was called this). I don't want to have to do lots of things out of game to enjoy the in game experience. I can live with buying things once, heroes and runes together just ruin it for me though. Even with this removed I still like DotA more, mostly due to denying.

I enjoy playing and watching it.

Fun with friends or vs AI. I hate Pugs though because the DotA communities are fucking terrible.

I found that League of Legends is a lot of fun at first, but the more you play the more frustrating it becomes-- specifically because it's difficult to coordinate with strangers, some of whom seem to play just for the fun of leveling up and buying fancy items or just sniping other players (instead of destroying towers and inhibitors and pushing the nexus).
I would recommend that if you start playing, befriend anyone you get matched with that plays in the same sort of way that you like and invite them to your games when you are online. The game is much more fun when your team is working together toward a common goal.
Try lots of heroes, get a feel for what sort of things you are looking for in one.
I'd also suggest researching "normal" builds for the characters you like, so you can be prepared for the abuse your team and the enemy team will heap on you if you choose to deviate.

DotA is far better then LoL in my opinion, early game is far too passive in LoL compared to most moba

I think with Dominion it might actually be fun as it removes a lot of the laning boredom. All in all, LoL is more relaxing than laddering SC2 1v1, so usually i play a 1v1, get scared of another 1v1, start up LoL, play a match, go back to SC2, play another 1v1, back to LoL,... don't get many 1v1s done these days -.-
I see it similar to other casual/competitive games like TF2. You can relax while playing, it doesn't require too much skill, you don't have to take it serious to win anything... and you can always blame losses on your teammates :p

MOBA are meant to be played with friends, what kept me playing dota for so many years is that i always played it with friends, playing -apsp with 9 friends is the most fun i had playing games, all the smack talk and BM in those games kept me playing Dota to this day.
LoL is new, its fresh, its just different from Dota/Hon, and the summoner leveling and the points you need to buy heroes makes it fun in the beginning but becomes more of a grind in the end, and you cant party up to 10 people and go 5 v 5 made me and my friends go back to Dota

I like it and have a lot of fun watching it and playing it.
lol is about to change completly with the new gametype domination though. no more early laneing phase just stright action.
|
It's pretty, and the champion rotation is fun to play with, but it doesn't have much depth.
I like it for what it is-- really really casual fun that doesn't tax the mind in any way. I don't care about winning or losing really, so when I get a sucky team it doesn't matter. I play it when I am too brain dead for other games.
It's fun to me.

Play it for a while, practice playing a MOBA. When you actually like this type of game, go buy WC3:FT and play DOTA, or just wait for DOTA 2 to come out.

I don't mind the game. It has its good moments which are counteracted by the pain and anguish of the random matchmaking system and really bad people. MOBA games tend to punish the team with a bad person and it feels like games are decided not by who's dominating, but which team's bads are less bad. (Disclaimer: I've never played high ELO ranked, maybe that's fixed there.)
Really fun game if you're playing with friends, although I do dislike the levelling system when trying to bring in new friends to the game.
