It seems like player transfers outside of Korea go off without a hitch more times than not. I really can't recall a Korean team switch that didn't invoke some aggression. To be fair, minor player transfers that go off without a hitch don't make the news, so no one pays attention. I'd have to search to find who, but there have been a few times during GSL when Tastosis or the LR thread mentions that a player used to be on a different team. It happens, we just don't hear about it unless you happen to follow a particular player or team very closely, or perhaps if you read PlayXP.

Tons of people are bummed out over it, but there wasn't mudslinging between the two teams (between the fans, all bets are off.)

They aren't business dealings. These players aren't even getting paid for the most part. Look at BW if you want to see how salaried pros deal with team changes and contracts, but SC2 is no where near that in Korea.

Actually, from what I recall, every player transfer has some drama involved in Korea. Even the minor ones. Like Taeja all-killing ZENex, TSL getting butthurt about Puma, Tester to ST. I don't recall a single player transfer that wasn't an issue in some way or another. They aren't business dealings. These players aren't even getting paid for the most part. Personally I find a lot of the behavior by some of the korean managers disgusting. When they refuse to pay or take care of one of their own players, and then try to publicly humiliate and bash them, and hurt their careers, simply because another team is willing to legitimately take care of them, it's just despicable. It's one thing to say they wish they would've stayed, it's another to start saying ad hominem attacks to guilt trip a player into staying with a team that refuses to pay them. It's almost abusive how some of these teams refuse to pay or contract a player, and then humiliate them when they try to earn a living elsewhere.

Seriously though, there has been so much SC2 drama recently. People on pro SC2 management teams need to get their acts together and become professionals in the management/business aspects

Well I can see some similaritis: Both coaches were informed and had no problem with it (there was even a Puma farewell party), but both had the need to scream about 'stolen' players and make unnessesary drama.
