So one of my friend is coming back from Korea and she wants to bring me back something but doesnt know what. Anybody has good (Cheap if possible) ideas of something I can't get here ? Tought of a bottle of soju... maybe some food... Any Ideas ? Thanks!  | ||

bringing soju would be a complete waste of space/time. they definitely have it at some random asian market within 10 miles of your house... guaranteed. and it's exactly the same in korea as it is anywhere else. not to mention it costs like 900 won in korea (roughly $0.95 USD). kimchi would make your entire bag smell like shit (even with multiple ziplocks/tupperware/whatever). korean beef would be a pain in the ass to get past customs... not to mention the amount of work that goes into packing something like raw meat. my recommendation would be either cigarettes (if you smoke. korean cigarettes are cheap as fuck and pretty decent... so long as you don't get the domestic brands) or a dt35 if you're into starcraft. that toothpaste quoted above is indeed pretty magical, but it tastes horrible and i could never get past that. i think i'm still a kid. | ||
