My sexy grill :D
btw remind me i need to sweep the deck
so as you've probably noticed, its summer! which is the perfect time to start grilling shit.
Now, I'll admit that I'm a complete scrub at grilling. I just started grilling this summer, but I've already figured out how to make some pretty mean hamburgers (the real shit) and a baller steak too.

If you've never had worcestershire sauce on a hamburger you're missing out. Best idea i've ever had.
So what about you TL? What kind of things do you like to grill?

Nothing beats a good steak.
But im partial to shish kabob too.
Marinate the steak cut up some pepers and onions.
Throw it all on a staff of meat manlyness.
toss a bunch of those babies right on the grill.
mmmmm.
Then you can throw it all in a flat bread with some sauce and cheese and its just lovely.

First i just wanted to write one word, but then i started to think.
Meat, of course 
Mushroomheads filled with herb butter ... so delicious.
And last but not least Feta wrapped in tin foil with some nice herbs and tomatoes.

Ya gotta chop up some mushrooms, put a few spices (ill update this afternoon when i get home and my wife is up. shes the one who seasons the mushrooms) then get a skilllet and put it on the grill and when its hot enough grill up them mushrooms. so damn good.

If you've never had Lick's hamburgers come to Canada, go to the restaurant or buy them at the grocery store, and fire those babies up. They're thick, juicy, and have this ingrained spice that makes them amazing.

Grilled tofu and vegetables is delicious. When cooking with tofu, you have to be careful though because it's really easy to make something disgusting if you don't know what you're doing.
You don't have to be a vegetarian or a fruitcake to eat tofu. Tofu absorbs other flavors well *cough* bacon.

I actually almost never grill steak. Chicken breast, hamburgers and lately pork tenderloin and loin roasts have been on my BBQ.

I whole-heartedly support the use of Worcesteshire sauce on the grill. If you haven't tried it you are truly missing out.
