I expect ult interaction with item CDs to change and hopefully Rapier not get duplicated (even if its not overpowered, the Rapier interaction with the clone is still insanely stupid). | ||

If you really feel the need to add another item, just put Octarine in luxury. Shorter Necro/Travels/Ulti CD makes you more annoying to deal with so it's worth a slot. It's honestly a pointless question because the current Arc Warden just wins the game with Midas Necro Travels and what items you get after that don't really matter. | ||
