Personally I think euls->blink->aghs. Euls gives you mana to farm and fight, which helps her maintain her already pretty shaky tempo, and the guaranteed stun lets her solokill things asap with her level advantage.
Blink I find kind of underwhelming as a first item unless she's a support. It feels like I'm pretending to be centaur with a shittier cast animation and a squishier hero.
Either way euls+blink is the point she wants to hit asap. Aghs is good if she can snowball beyond that.
LVL1 LIFESTEALER IS LEGIT YO Seriously though, it is not the most optimal, but I think it is still a common standard way to play him. Admittedly, I would never remove it anyways.
the euls->blink->agh, that's assuming she's going treads right?
After this stat update, I'll look into creating a mid Lina

Good to see this project is still running smoothly despite this past month of my absence settling in Copenhagen. Cool fact is that the guide has kept steady in subscriptions for the past 9 months (May 2014) with at least 4 million to 8 million new subscriptions every month.

torte, you should at least add battlefury to situational for jug.
go check out the hero forum, we've been milling over builds lately.
I think the consensus was treads MoM yasha (with BF situational for your farming item)

Yes, I've been reading it for awhile, but wasn't convinced of Mask of Madness over Maelstrom. Battlefury feels out of place if added in Situational Items.

if anything the MoM is more necessary now than before the latest patch so he can get close enough to use omnislash

blink is an extension item. like we talked about in the thread, you only need blink when you can no longer face rush the enemy team after you have dmg items for your omnislash. so core? potentially. I think it fits extension items better though.

I'll need to try MoM on Juggernaut. It feels so gimmicky. Blink on top of that too.

nope, not gimmicky at all. allows you to spend time in the jungle, raises your attack speed for more crits when you dont have ulti, gives you more autos in omni slash, and gives you movement speed to get in range for omni.
oh and if you use it and shit hits the fan you can purge yourself with a spin.

Why aren't we maxing spin?
What is wrong with going the full spin and maelstrom + phase

treads mom stats became popular bc your right clicks are ridiculous with the crit buff. if you're in a lane with a lockdown spell (e.g. CM), maxing blade fury is fine..but for any other cases, thats why we see it.
in addition, in a pub you can solo rosh at lvl 7 with treads mom stout qb.

I'd still recommend Fury max for low-level pubs because Fury-based solo-kills happen sufficiently often. The superior strength of non-Fury max builds is mostly based on Fury-max not getting as many kills when your opponents are actually reasonable.
Trench-tier games allow you to use Phase+Blade Fury to get a kill on a complacent offlaner like 90% of the time, even when the support doesn't contribute a strong disable.

Yeah I definitely agree, don't change the build. But I think I would throw mask of madness in there with a description, especially letting ppl know they can self-purge.
|
I really don't think we want to be encouraging newbies to get mom on any hero, especially not one who goes as deep as jug does. If you put it in situational, we all know pubs will decide that every situation is that situation.
phase yasha/mael manta seems so much more idiot-proof.
Blink is a different story, I would put it in extension.
I think the aghs core is pretty outdated. Phase->drums->aghs is actually not very good these days considering how much extra omni damage he gets from just stacking AS. I would just stick aghs in situational/extension.

i don't see very much lifestealer at all but when I do (unless im playing him) he almost always goes jungle (and when he does he's always useless)
jungle lifestealer is just generally not good since he forces you to play 4v5 for 15 minutes until he gets his midas and half an armlet
and by that point the game was likely already won/lost
jungle LS is bad but pubs seem to insist on running him. i personally would advocate getting rid of the guide but it doesnt seem like you're willing to do that so whatever
