Problems seem to be identified well.. Not sure if the fixes respond them though..

Instead of Viper energy buff: Better buff/nerf the SwarmHost so there would be another mid-game option for Zerg IMO..

Probably like 150/100 instead of 200/100, but remove the upgrade.. That way SHosts would be easier to go to, but also not ridiculous in late-game.. And more vulnerable and forced to get repositioned as well..

The WMine is sth to be changed too though IMO.. But w.e. - if it's the Overseer buff, then let it be.. Probably not gonna trail behind Mutas anymore

No, I don't hear it from anyone who matters(aka, not some pub on NA dota who thinks he can design games better) complaining about balancing the game. The last patch was very well received and was filled with some many dumb buffs it was awesome. People are still figuring out stuff to do with it.

I don't think so. People generally like the state of the game right now and the way the balance works. He has been doing tiny nerfs, but everything is still viable, even if it is fucked up.(fountian hooks)

The Viper buff is a terrible idea, the mech+air upgrade buff is interesting, and the overseer speed buff is pretty okay. I'd really like to see them address the mothership core though. Perhaps making it start with less energy, making time warp slightly less strong, and making the nexus-cannon require 125 energy so you can't throw down two at once. I feel like the mothership core SHOULD be in the game but is simply too strong atm, and I'm a little surprised this isn't one of the main things Blizzard is looking at...

This opinion is far from universal. A lot of the players think he's done a fine job as of late compared to the past.
I liked Dota before it was Mainstream.

Hm, not really. The Viper buff mainly strengthens timing attacks against ground Mech, while the Upgrade buff mainly strengthens Starporttransitions.
Also, even if those would cancel each other out in ZvT, they are still buffs against Protoss.

Since siege mode is no longer a researched thing, maybe an upgrade for the siege tank called "disruptor shells" or something that gives tanks a bonus against shields while in siege mode could come into play. Might make more sense than combining both armory upgrades.

The solution for the mscore is very simple: give it paper health. I'm fine with it being a sick defensive unit, but that same unit shouldn't be able to be so good in aggression. If you are aggressive with it, fine, but then there needs to be a risk.
