It buffs the soultrain and i guess drop options against terran will be better but i'm doubtfull it will work in the way as intended. PvT needs better changes really, it's still just an defend vs drops then a-move game, basically at every level. The warp prism definately could use a small buff but I had rather seen a small oracle buff instead. I do like it for PvP and PvZ. PvP robo vs robo is pretty much void of drops because of the nexus cannon, now this option might see the return of some immortal drops. The mindset is still wrong though, if only they would give some nudges for mech vs protoss it would be great to see that actually getting some play. Why don't they just do something like giving the thor high-impact load bonus damage against mechanical/shields, that way you don't mess with TvZ at all and make mech be able to counter air a little bit at least. | ||

Like maybe several times during the opening to confirm what the protoss is doing. | ||

Every time I use the warp prism I think to myself "damn, I wish this were faster" and every time I get the speed upgrade I think to myself "holy shit speed prisms are so good." This is going to be awesome. edit; as for TvP scouting, I guess this might kill the gasless expansion into fast 3rd CC, time to reaper expand safely. | ||

This build order emphasis is due to the fact that many of their units are not very microable, so they have to look toward perfecting builds to get an advantage. This speed change will allow for more standard play from toss, meaning better tourny results. | ||

Edit: I'm sure you guys have been seeing this too, but we're noticing Protoss slightly underperforming at the highest level of play especially in Korea and Europe I guess Blizzard does not watch ProLeague. | ||
