Speed boost for medivac. Accel/regen boost for mutas. Now speed for the WP! Awesome!

Edit: A few people have been talking about this adding to the all in nature, but I think it will allow more harassment options, which in turn will reduce all ins. If toss can rely on actual play, rather than focusing on trying to catch timings from build orders, they would be more likely to play standard games rather than relying on gimmicks.

Have faith, you will figure out it. You deal with hellbat drops after all. Most WP play is a one way trip for a lot of the units inside and it is pretty easy to scout if a protoss is going robo. And remember, medivac boost can also be used to defend.

I hate protoss all-ins already. This is going to make some all-ins even more aggravating. Why don't they just make the upgrade available from the cybernetics core and make it cheaper?

How did they even come to this change. I think key issues now are Hellbat and SwarmHost. This changes makes no change sorry...

May end up de-stabilizing an already volatile MU in PvP though, think about Immortal/Warp Prism harass and how much stronger it will be when you don't even need a Robo Bay, much less the upgrade.

I think this will be good and lead to more aggressive/harassment/micro oriented play. It would also improve the viewing experience(more exciting games). Do it.

Another way to randomly die in pre 10 min TvP because lol your 2 bunkers and 3 turrets weren't good enough since your marines didn't block the speed prism....

Maybe they should give less HP to the warpprism or increase its cost (200 mineralz, 50 gas?), but overall, good idea.

I really like the idea, this should mainly have an effect on high level play, and I don't think below that toss is in much need of a boost. But it might also mean even more all-ins for toss, and they are not really lacking in that department. For sure they have no reason to complain about speedvacs when they got speedprisms, that are only slightly slower, but have that speed continiously and are significantly stronger.

The protoss can build 7 warp gates and not try to take a third base. Just like the Terrans can go 8 rax and some widow mines and not expand. Both are equally likely to win if unscouted. Now with a faster warp prism, protoss will be able to all in....harder, I guess.

You scout double gas in TvP while expanding, now let's play the guessing game for some of the possibilities.

Proxy oracle
Pooling void ray 3 gate
Proxy robo
Inbase robo
3 gate sentry
4 gate
4 gate prism
4 gate blink obs
4 gate blink msc
dt rush
dt prism

All of which requires different amount of bunkers and/or turrets, addons and marine positioning. The only real way to block prism gate all ins is to shoot it down right as it flies in, except if it's faster it's harder. And it's not like you can really afford to durdle 6-7 marines in your main because herp derp a good amount of the mentioned all ins will just roll right over you at the front.

And that's not even considering what happens if it's an expand build with either light harras or greedy tech.
