I didn't even provide that list. And Combat Ex is a joke. I have said over and over that any player who wants to come and live in NA should be able to play. I don't want Korean players qualifying online and receiving paid plane tickets to the venue. I want local talent and players who are willing to take the risk moving out here to compete. Polt and Violet are fine and should be able to play. If its offline, I don't care who plays, because the it is easier for the local talent to compete.

They should be running the season like tennis or golf. Four Grand Slam majors(GSL, OSL, MLG, ESL) spaced out through the year with minor feeder tournaments preceding each to accumulate enough points to qualify for the them. So the best players in the world can play against each other throughout the year instead of forcing them to segregate until the end. Then whoever has the most points at the end of the year is that year's best. Honestly for SC2 though, crowning a yearly world champion is pointless. SC2 is so dynamic with strategies changing and evolving so quickly at the moment, someone dominating at any point of the year could be irrelevant 3 months later. In this current format the world champion is going to be whoever is hot at the end of the year.

What kind of unique asset do they posses? Why would you think that teams would have to be transfered anywhere? Or even could or wanted to? Do you get what a sponsor does? What his interests are? I am worried, either you (and the people praising your post) or me are living in a parallel universe, because your text made no economic sense to me. If you, literally, read further you would see that I say: "Thus moderate region locks are implemented with online qualifiers. Korean players and teams aren't so rich that they can buy a team house in some random city in EU or NA. On top of this there is no set location for offline events like GOM in Seoul. What incentive is there when you get a house in Poland and the tournament location is in France or Germany, or elsewhere? The Korean scene is possible because everything is centralized in one city." Read more carefully please, I'm not suggesting that Korean teams will just relocate. What I'm suggesting is that the current announcement and the way the region locking is imposed is to warm Korean teams up to the idea of relocating sometime in the future. If Korean teams realize, for example, if the regional WCS and non-WCS tournaments begin to provide income comparable to Seoul then relocating wouldn't be so absurd. And if you actually read the entirety of my post it explains why this is beneficial to the respective regions.

If WCS NA and WCS EU are going to be played offline in just a few seaons, surely some of the European or North American players are going to benefit from training with Koreans. For this reason i am also very sorry to see HerO, TaeJa and Zenio playing in NA rather than EU since i'd like to see them play with Ret, TLO and Snute. I've brought it up 3 time in the last few pages, but everyone just wants to complain. Par for the course here. Nobody on TL can see why this list is the best thing for the NA/EU scene in a while.

Blizzard is banking heavily on foreigners stepping up. That isn't going to happen in the short term. Korea is an excellent training ground, much better than NA or EU. How many big time foreigners have gone over only to look terrible? The result of this is that foreigners simply won't be competitive, and SC2 will be less interesting as a result.

Disappointing news for sure for local talent, but at least we're not getting "faceless" Koreans thanks to the marketing and visibility associated with being on a foreign team, Blizzard has to be pretty happy about that. I generally find koreans on foreign teams more 'faceless' than the koreans on korean teams. Just look at EG/Liquid: Non-koreans for the PR department, Koreans to play the actual game. Taeja has been on liquid forever and there's close to no content, same for HerO who has less community interaction than many korean pro.
