@naphal, i sent feedback regarding my issues . . nothings changed and the request was simple as make the fucking 1v1 and race select a bit more visible . . we have all gone and played that game as terran and then got "wtf . . im not terr . . . oh i c......" Its a stupid thing but seriously i cant tell what race im selected on, it really isnt a huge problem but when i lauch into a game, have to wait, fully thinking im queued as zerg then i spawn with scv all over my goddamn lawn . . .sigh

The graphics is too glossy to my liking. Still prefer the low on previous patches. The low setting now is so distracting until it affects my game play heavily.

On the bright side, the release of 1.5 means that the HotS beta isn't very far away now, and with HotS comes many more improvements and features to Battle.net that will be applied for free to WoL as well.

Also, the game feels a bit laggier when I played it against AI on offline mode this morning. It stutters a bit more than it usually does pre-1.5. And I do agree that the layout does look a bit sloppy and rushed now.

However, the importance of improving the custom game interface, which was the big purpose of this entire patch, is not to be underestimated. Custom games were the lifeblood of BW and WC3, greatly elongating their lifespans at no cost to the customer or developer. Custom games will be vital to the lifespan of SC2 as well, and hopefully this revamp of the interface will help the UMS scene develop to it's full potential, especially with all the support Blizzard is giving to its powerful Galaxy Editor.

Personally, I liked the old UI better. I wish blizz would just improved it. This new UI is pretty ugly to me. Everything looks compacted together and the buttons are kinda fugly to me. Oh well, just adapt and accept I guess @_@

What..wow. Anyone know the amount of time it takes for a larvae to disappear and does that amount of time change when not next to a hatchery?

...That's borderline game breaking.


Here's a workaround:

1) Select larva(e) that blocks the hatch placement
2) Make any unit
3) Cancel the egg (get money back + no more blocking)

The only downside by doing this is you don't get to keep any larvae that were in the way. I think it would be 'gamebreaking' only if you were stuck unable to make a hatch until the larvae were killed by other units or lack of creep

The 1v1 screen isn't advertised when you log in anyways you have to click multiplayer first. cmon.

The anti-aliasing support is much faster than enabling it through drivers.

Can anyone confirm this possible bug :

When I watched a replay , my upgrades were not showing up on my units. ie. I had +1 armour , yet when I selected unit , it read 0/0/0 (protoss).
