"There is insufficient space on your hard drive. Please clear some space or select a different drive and try again" Does somebody know how much space is required ? I have SC2 already installed with additional 8.5 GB of free space and patcher still ends with this error without stating exact needed space.. so frustrating.

It only means youre to lazy to do the clicks to play ladder in which case i dont think you should even be laddering ![]() my friend told me the same thing lol, he hated the patch and i asked why, he said it takes so many clicks to start a quick match when in fact it only takes 2. about the question: i love it, really easy to find some funny Arcade games if you wanna take a ladder break, really nice looking GUI, everythings just sweet if you ask me. some zergs have been complaining about the color of creep on the minimap? but since im colorblind i dont see any difference from before lol , i think the creepcolor is good by any means.

That said, I don't care about most of the aestetic stuff one way or another. I preferred the older one, but that's not a big deal. The new profile screen is awful though. They removed virtually all of the information and instead gave us a bunch of empty space. That and they removed all the organization for previous season stats for seemingly no reason at all.

I've read it takes ~10GB of additional free space for the optimization. You could do the install on a HDD with sufficient space, then move the optimized and updated client to your SSD. After that, just executing the .exe from the new location should set your registries et cetera correctly and you're good to go.

It feels like the game is not caching files properly and constantly waiting on the hard drive. I can live with the UI changes but playability has dropped to zero since this patch and i am not holding out much hope of a fix going off Blizzards track record recently.

I dont know what computer you have.. but i play on low at 6 years old computer and got 30+ fps even in 2vs2 games all the time.. After this patch only Marine Arena lags for me in big fights. Help blizzard fix it , if you have fps drops.. and dont whine on forum , go here and help http://us.battle.net/sc2/en/forum/topic/6246945462?page=1

After the patch its lag city And no i am not whining !! simply stating the fact worst patch ever in SC2 history thats my thoughts. Looking at the forums i am not the only one and its quite common. For me personally Blizzard may have fucked it, as the issue is similar to an issue in Diablo 3 which was something about the way the code caches in game files and textures

Before, I personally found the interface had too little content only showing mostly graphics but lacked space useful for stuff like news and statistics but that it still had quality to the materials used. However, the new interface looks incredibly unprofessional such as the buttons that read starcraft and arcade. So what would "professional" look like?

Well the previous version looked much more professional. This new version looks so cartoonish and childish..

So annoying and totally unacceptable for a patch with such a long BETA.
