Yes, it works on both HOTS and WOL to just say ok a few times, but with this mod it now just says "cannot load map" T.T blizzard.

OK, I will try this one out now that it's finished =)
thanks for the hard work!

Might as well confirm this:
Ladies and gentlemen, Queen of Blades is indeed out. Enjoy. I'm off to work.

Absolutely amazing, playing it now.
Here is some bugs/comments/suggestions i noticed (i am on mission 7):
- If i change any hot key binding several hotkeys become unbound (Burrow, Morph Lurker, Unload All, etc) - Mission 1, some of the enemy units do not move from where they are spawned. (Middle base, bottom right base)
Mission 2 (On the Kerrigan Difficulty) - Replay briefing button doesn't work - Devouring One's are missing an attack animation - The enemy does not appear to rally its units together before attacking you. So enemy attacks came in streams of 1 or two units, at a time. Which makes dealing with waves really easy. - This mission was way too easy even on harder difficulty. The enemy waves are absolutely no threat after the first 10 minutes.
Mission 3 (On Kerrigan Difficulty) - Fenix is missing his mission briefing portrait - Replay Briefing Button does not work - The mission was the hardest out of the missions i have completed, it is so incredibly difficult. - To the right Red is incredibly well dug in, he doesn't seem to attack without provoking him, but if ignore him for too long and he seems to randomly attack. Kill him, and blue gets angry. Brown/Orange is cannon fodder, but when white starts coming at you with battle cruisers, ugh. - Even worse is when you infest a command center, the AI will still try and kill it. I am guessing you need to keep all of the infested CC's alive to get the infested terrans for the next mission?
Mission 4 (Kerrigan difficulty) - Awesomely done mission - Blues units in the waves seem really staggered. Often times this lead to blue's battlecruisers being compeltely isolated and alone, which made them easy pickings for scourge. - A suggestion is that blue builds some more valkeries, otherwise mass muta's just tear the terrans apart. - Orange is the scariest one, because he actually builds a fair amount of anti-air.
Mission 5 (On Kerrigan Difficulty) - The Protoss really need some sort of anti-air in their waves besides dragoons, or the single carrier. They have nothing to counter a muta ball. - I don't know what red was supposed to do. In SC1BW, he used a lot of nukes, in this he never nuked, and his attacks manly consisted of a few wraiths + tanks + marine + medic. Mission 6 (Kerrigan) - Brown doesn't seem to understand the concept of using overlords to transport troops, so he is barely a threat. - Orange loves air, and he is fine.
I am currently stuck on mission 7, trying to figure it out now. But having a ton of fun.

Weird, I thought I had fixed bugs like IA not moving or red not nuking. Will look into it.
3 and 7 are the two maps where I am a bit unsure about the difficulty. Some testers seemed to found them more difficult than I expected, so I am ready to make some tweaks if they need to be kept in line with the rest of the levels.

Mission 3 just needs the time between waves increased a little bit, imo. Then it would be fine. The constant waves come really fast and it makes it really difficult to do anything but defend. Since the AI pretty much instant rebuilds anything killed.
I beat Mission 7 which basically resulted me in micro'ing scourges. The hardest part is dealing with carriers that appear really early in.
Stuck on mission 8 now, there is a wave consisting of Scourges, 3 Battlecruisers, guardians and wraiths. Its gross, and costs too much to kill it. Ugh.
Also spawn broodlings/ensare are missing energy costs on their tooltip.

Oh my god, finally I'll play through my favourite campaign. Actually, I'll play all of it, then the SC2 before HotS come out. Previous episodes are god damn awesome.
On a side note from this awesomness. IF you were to make an installation of the whole series - which was stated somewhere that it will be done if your friend would help you with coding it - you got to clean up the mapster. Downloading all of the episodes and mods separately for the first time is a major pain. For every episode there's like three languages, two mods and six versions of the above. It's a bit confisuing
Again - Can't thank you enough for your work on this.

First of all, a fantastic job on this campaign! I've only just finished the first five, but I'm really enjoying it so far. With regards to mission 3, I just grabbed the resources on the cliff to the north of your base, and seemed to have enough to take the fight to the terran bases and complete the mission easily. Not sure if it's just me, but on that mission any command centres you infest seem to produce terran SCVs instead of infested terrans. Also, despite the fact that I infested and kept alive all of the command centres, none were present in the following mission.

Fantastic
until now, little bug in queen in mission 2 (I didn't do the 3), with a infested command centre I can build a SCV but not infested marine, I dind't remember if this happen in the original too but is a minor bug. And the end until now, not problem at all!
|
Regarding the infested-CCs-building-SCVs bug: long story short, it happens when you infest a command center that is currently building SCVs. Expect a bug-fixing update some time next week. When this is corrected, any living infested command center you control will be available at the beginning of mission 4.

it's a very rare bug, minor at the end
the devourer it's very very well done

ok played the first 3 missions, most seem to work fine; some things to mission 3:
If you got a SCV building CC, bring it below 50% and infest again; this will fix this problem. The mission is actually easy, if you take the easy solution for the original mission + Show Spoiler +NEVER hold on to too many Minerals; stay below 1,5k and it gets a lot easier; in the original only orange and brown woud attack you at all, here I was only ever attacked by 2 AI at the same time. And if you infest every CC you get the 10k minerals immiidiatly.
So need to finish more missions

You guys ROCK

I've published a hotfix solving the Omega ending and infestation bug. It should make everything work for the time being. You have to re-download the maps, this will make your older saves unusable, so be sure to finish any level in progress before doing that.

There finished all of the missions on Kerrigan difficulty, the campaign was really really well done.
The last mission really wasn't that hard. As long as you kill white first, and fast. His battlecruiser fleets are mean. Red's ground/wraith waves are somewhat weak compared to what white/blue throw at you.
In my opinion out of all the missions in this campaign, mission 3 gave me the most difficulty.
Etherway the amount of work you guys did is insane, and all the campaigns were extremely well done.
