As it stands, infinite zerglings will die to shredders covering a choke in 0.72 to 1.44 seconds depending on the exact pulse timing and when the lings enter, and roaches will take heavy damage trying to kill a decent number of them I don't want the game to become that mindless I like the fact that I have to watch out for ling runbys. Come on blizzard...
Yea i first thought it was kinda bad too, but they are very alike to spider mines and have a good place in this game, they are a whole 150 gas and can be picked off by hydras or mutas from out of range, he cant move any units through without disabling them, etc

You'll have time to run your workers away, but I'm picturing someone dropping a couple out of view, and having one go to each mineral line entrance and stop them from running away, like sentry drops. Come to think of it, that'd be AWESOME for the replicator! Replicate a shredder, and drop it with some sentries :D. Can't be any worse than high templar in a warp prism lol
You can run from storm drops, it takes 4 storms to kill a whole mineral line with no reaction at all, since the workers don't sit in it automatically, and if they pull their workers they can get away with no losses or just a few if they're careful. This would be devastating though, NO RUNNING AWAY.

Zerg has the least amount of units right now - Lets just increase that gap! GJ blizzard - this is why i'm switching to dota 2.

If it's anything like the broodlord though, and detrements mobility, it will be a very powerful unit indeed.

So Terran get a Cloaked Psi-Storm Defense Against Harass?

8s siege time. So you should be able to prevent it before it activates.

pop them out in half the time. reduce damage by 45%. more swarmy. would be possible...

Usually things look good on paper... these don't sound too appealing to me at all. All these gimmicky spells and casters gives it a wc3 kinda feel... (I. Hate. Gimmicky. No-skill. Spells.)

By getting an SCV you can then repair all your blink stalkers/immortals/voidrays/colossus.. To me this seems BY FAR the best use as its the only way to get back the health on these expensive units so EMP doesn't make your 10 hp Colossus die from 1 marauder shell. :O Or build CC's instead of nexi, get mules, and scvs to repair your army. Hi, exploit, nice to meet you XD Or just choose Terran before the game starts if you want to use Terran units.
*patient voice* No, because I couldn't build all the protoss units then....

Perma NP was good, but Clone is even better! You thought canon rushing was bad, now just need to do a normal build with and just warp in a pylon. Phoenix's, blink stalker and storm wasn't good enough to counter mutas, have some tempest. Mining, bah! You don't need that 2 oracles can disable 4 spores and 4 mineral patches.
But hey, at least I can pull a colossus off a cliff. You're actually Kinda Right Surprised this Expansion wasn't named Legacy of the Void
Are you joking? It feels like this expansion is way more zerg friendly than toss friendly, although those stinking terrans are still too good.
Look on the bright side though zerggy buddies! No more Thor anti-air splash, so muta harass just got better :D.
The warhounds don't do splash and are anti-armored units.

Pretty mediocre units I would say. Based on the descriptions there, zerg Unitsseem way to strong by comparison, protoss units underwhelming, terran units seem like garbage filler units. Although I do like actually having something to deal with muta harass.

It's not cloaked, and it can't fire when your own units are present. Seems like it may work for keeping an expo safe from a ling run by, but thats about it.

And they had 90hp if I recal, but that doesn't feel like zerg at alln the locusts move very slowly, have higher hp then zerglings and higher damage as well. Would prefer spawning more of them at once but with much less dps and hp.
Edit : or what the smart people above me said^^

I don't think the viper requires a spire.
And the shredder isn't invisible...

hmm I wonder if the Oracle was named as such because it looks very much like a differently colored Guilty Spark lol

Well it's my impression though that this is a late game scenario anyway. Several bases for each player. In this situation you don't even notice the high templar until the storms have already gone off. lol. And keep in mind when you say 4 storms to kill a mineral line... you're talking about a whole mineral line.
