Well played sir. The more I look at this the more I subscribe to the "fast hovering ground unit" theory. I can see it having a basic laser attack (like a Stalker but only ground-to-ground) but also an energy attack that charges up the laser (shoop da woop) and fires a splashing orb like a Reaver (except without as wide a radius) that does bonus damage to light units. The splash attack costs 75 and has a cooldown of ~3 seconds. I can see it being a light unit, about the same speed as a Hellion. | ||

Browder thought to himself, protoss needs AoE early on, and lacks a harass unit. Well now with the reaver-vulture, not only can you oneshot 10 workers at once, you can also one shot 10 marines at once. 20+30vslight in 1.5 AoE. Moves with the speed of a hellion, with speed upgradable from robo bay for 150/150. | ||

My first feeling when seeing it without reading the thread was that it might be some hovering unit. Might be fun to see a fast protoss ground unit. | ||

If Protoss gets the Reaver as well, I will do what I can to watch the GSL commentated by the Korean commentators. RIVU RIVU RIVU RIVU!!! Then again, I hear that enough from watching BW, so meh :S. | ||

I really hate that right now Sentries are the key units in PvT and PvZ and not landing correct forcefields often times cost u the game. | ||

Thats one thing Blizz said they were looking into adding to protoss right? | ||
