But shit incontrol is a tank Hey Really hate this logic. We are training 8-12 hours a day and we NEED to get out of the house every once in awhile. We are people too.. please stop
Some people just don't use logic.
Hell even all the Korean pro gamers work out in the gym and stuff. I don't want to mention the "Nada's body" thread.
I'm pretty sure team sponsors want their players to look fit and "appealing" to the public viewers. It's also healthy. I'd avoid the trolls that say pro gamers should be playing 24/7.

You are supposed to arch your back o_O I do the same with my lift Arching your back can cause injury and it takes a lot of stress off the muscles you really are trying to work which is why most people arch their backs (to the extreme) so that they can put up extra weight. A slight arch you back is natural but looking at the video IdrAs back looks overly arched which can/will cause injury if he continues to lift that way. When I bench the arch in my back is only high enough to fit your hand under where as in the video it looks like you could fit 2 arms under IdrAs not trying to hate on your guys or anything just expressing a word of caution Tips on Bench Press Read #4.
This was the first link that popped up on Google.

i want to be in that house . i could be your cook or something!

InC actually has excellent bench technique, very tight back, well translated leg drive, fast explosion off the chest and a straight bar path. IdrA, on the other hand...not even touching chest, get it together son

|
haha awesome vids. Idra's 205 was perhaps the saddest rep ever tho. Didn't even touch the chest, quick pump motion using momentum, just not a true max rep...
|
Great vids. Keep up the PR!

That is an attractive female.

Working out and freeing your mind is as good as practicing for these guys. Working out is one of the best things for you after a long day of work.

That was so awesome and Anna pwnage.

No wonder all them Incontrol haters talk shit behind their keyboards and not to his face lol...

holy shit the Gracken can bench 93 kg?? he can kick my skinny ass any day haha...and incontrol...such a beast almost 200kg!!

While it looked like machine bounced the bar off of his chest to get the weight to a height were he could lift it.
Anyone else think Incontrol swinging from the bar was funny? I bet he was a panda in his former life lol.
power lifting style to lift the most weight usually allows for maximum arch.

Not to call Incontrol fat, but the second part of that picture is profoundly misleading. First, Yeah BodyBuilding is unhealthy. But Benchpressing is part of _that_ cuture. In which, putting form over function, trains muscles in isolation. And yes, one can be strong and fat (check out D300 @youtube or the FAQ at Beastskills.com) but you aren't fat as a sign of 'strong core muscles'. That statement is laughable.
Btw, One can see when IdrA lifts his back is arched. That puts undue stress on spinal discs and will lead to hernia in the long term.
