Also Idras bulked up quite a bit. Impressive. Did you see how easy Geoff did that bench? Down, up, real quick. I remember that he explained that to lift this kind of weight you need a special kind of shirt that increases your performance. I would be interested to know what is he record for lifting without a shirt back in his competitive years though, to see how far away he is from is "top" shape.

Great videos I love seeing Idra happy
|
Just how easily incontrol benched that is surprising. I'm slightly scared thinking that I can only do right around what Idra can do =/...
|
Idra is ripped! I'm really impressed

although the bench press is an important exercise the foundation of any strength training regimen begins and ends with the squat

While it looked like machine bounced the bar off of his chest to get the weight to a height were he could lift it.
Anyone else think Incontrol swinging from the bar was funny? I bet he was a panda in his former life lol.
When you properly bench you pull your shoulder blades in which pushes your chest and ribs out resulting in your back arching.

Fuck 435 lbs..Tounament organizers better never be late with incontrols checks.

1st video was super baller and the second one was hilarious ^^

Living in a house with a bunch of guys seems to have some good effects on Idra.

You are supposed to arch your back o_O I do the same with my lift
Arching your back can cause injury and it takes a lot of stress off the muscles you really are trying to work which is why most people arch their backs (to the extreme) so that they can put up extra weight. A slight arch you back is natural but looking at the video IdrAs back looks overly arched which can/will cause injury if he continues to lift that way. When I bench the arch in my back is only high enough to fit your hand under where as in the video it looks like you could fit 2 arms under IdrAs not trying to hate on your guys or anything just expressing a word of caution

Geoff was a powerlifter back in his day, a lot of the guys are huge and bulky without being athletically ripped.

When I wrestled we had a HW built like incontol dude could run and drill for hours and still looked like a powerlifter.
Different body types dude. Not everyone looks like brad pitt if they are in shape.

Geoff, go on a cut imo.
Impressive weight benched; although Anna obviously takes the cake.

They are doing 1 reps. I'm sure his back arch isnt as exaggerated when he does normal sets. Also, as long as his shoulders are digging into the bench and his ass and head dont lift up he is fine

Jesus christ, is it not possible to just post something fun on these forums, have people make a funny comment and move on? Are we really going into page 15 critiquing each of their individual bench presses?
Some of you really need to get a life... for real. They are pro SC2 players, it wasn't an infomercial selling a bench press perfection machine.
Perhaps spend a little more time at the gym and a little less posting paragraph critiques from a fun youtube video posted on TL...

I wonder what Incontrol's max is. He made that lift in the video so easy. There is definitely room for more there.
