Question: For the free stream, are all the NASL comentated games, weekly shows, analysis and highlights available at any time of the day or only when it is "live"? or is it like GSL where they only have the first game of every series available for free for those who missed it live?

Not to be a downie here, but that's how politicians and swindlers make their money - by saying stuff like "this policy or program will benefit ALL americans....or, America needs this!". Then they take the money, pocket your cash 9 cents to a dime, and spends the last penny shoring up the sham. Not saying this NASL is a sham, but we need to be realistic and not invest money in something that has no history behind it. This NASL is the first NA tournament of its kind. Give it a season and see what happens, and if you decide mid-way through that it's definitely worth your money (and I'm sure many people will - me included), then spend the money. DISCLAIMER: Take this with a grain of salt, i always argue sarcastically. Thank you Truman Capote. It's not just for that reason. While i think it will make it bigger ( hence my original statement), i also live in Australia which means I can either watch it live at work and get fired, or watch the VOD's later :D. I think while your point is valid, it's a bit pessimistic :s I would suggest that so many people have moved out that far that this is going to be big, and will hopefully be something that continues. It's a step in the right direction whether or not you think it's the NA equivalent of a Nigerian scam.

That could mean we could be in for over 800 VOD's for 20 dollars lol, thats like 2.5 cents per VOD. If anyone is debating its value they're out of their mind.

Uh.. it's not relevant what they do with the money. The whole point is that more companies will get their eyes open for e-sports and start putting money into tournaments, expecting to get it back through ticket sales and whatnot. If everyone would wait a season, they'd pretty much go bankrupt and none wants that. Governments rarely scam people by the way. It's not really in their nature. They do what they're elected to do. Personally I'll wait though, as I'm a poor and selfish fuck, and I never buy anything unless I know exactly what it is. So far my biggest concern is that the NASL is more and more looking like a drama like American wrestling, with all the videos, arch enemies and whatnot. It might be cool, but it might be kind of silly.

That seems like the exact information that would be most important for them to convey to visitors.

With the number of games that will be available I'm certain I will be wanting to see VOD's of it, as I won't be able to watch it live everyday due to work and university. Think it'll be well worth the money. (I spent $10 and MLG and that pales in comparison to the number of games that are offered here lol).

This information would be useful in OP. I'm not gonna look through all 58 pages to check if my questions have been answered. ![]()

Oh, and regarding the NASL, i plan i purchasing my pass once I've seen an actual live match first.

Sure, and then you can check out Zeitgeist after that ![]() Anyways on-topic, took a leap of faith and bought the pass. Why not? It's only 20 bucks and I know I'm gonna wanna watch the games already, there's nothing I really need to "wait and see". NASL is where its at right now.

No way in hell I'd catch all of these games live, with all the amazing games. It's in the VODs and support. $20 is a small price to pay right now imo.

I am all for supporting E-Sports, but that price tag is too high. NASL is going to lose a good chunk of potential buyers for sure. edit: Lol, Did someone really just mention a random biased political comedy movie in a real discussion? That is kind of scary to me how many people watch a Colbert or a movie like Inside Job and take that shit like it is any different than typical news jargon. Your being fooled like your parents are being fooled by Fox News.

Especially for us europeans who can't catch the games, GSL for example is usually around 10am-2pm or something gmt+1.

GSL is $10 for one month. NASL is $25 for THREE MONTHS. It's cheaper per month. Edit: in addition, GSL has only ever had a maximum of 4 best of 3 matches in one day, and NASL will have 5 every day! That's insane.
