But the maps look good. Typhon Peaks is one of my favorite ladder maps at the moment, had some good games on that one.

I like the new maps, even though I had nothing against Scrap Station.

Dual sight hurts my eyes. Like many others have said, same mistake as with testbug... Yeah I somehow think that the lava in sc2 looks bad in general ![]() But the newest testbug version looks a lot better. The lava has been removed and there is space instead AFAIK. The map looks even more amazing now but I´d like it if the Mar Sara would be back again and the lava stay gone.

Satiini could be the little brother of Lalush when it comes to BM and trolling (while their father is Naniwa, obviously ![]() In all honesty, Satiini bitching about something shouldn't make people think less of something....be it a map, a player, a strategy or whatnot. I think the desing is really nice, I definitely prefer it to the xel naga set-up where you can't see a damn thing when you happen to be a nerd who doesn't sit in a 100% dark room.

I like the concept of dualsight. One problem with the current huge maps is that when the camera is bouncing around, you don't really know "where" the engagement is happening. It'll be much easier with the dual tileset!

I'm very glad that the GSL mapmakers produce some small/middle sized maps as well. I like variety in map pools , and was already kinda scared when the first maps Tal'Darim, Terminus and Crevasse all felt the same, big and macro. I wonder what the GSL big macro maps purists will say about this (hint for the German community, szenecast 3 pros saying that maps like iCCup Pawn Re and Testbug weren't big enough to produce good games constantly). I still feel that Dual Sight is a little bit choked for such a small map and on Xel'Naga Fortress the thirds just feel kinda awkward to me. But we will have to see how these maps play out ![]() Anyway still sad that I guess they don't try out iCCup maps. Can't be worse and really hurts our mapmaking community cos in the end everyone just wants to see the GSL maps : (

It's not. But it's better than slag pits, backdoor gulch, delta quadrant and (imo) scrap station..so...in terms of available Blizzard-maps, it's one of the better ones.
