You could've watched him playing against dimaga couple of minutes ago for example. It's not like he tries to pull off KGB conspiracy.
I don't mention the fact that he is fpstreaming regularly and comments his games.

Huk because he seems to have a good work ethic and dedication. Even if he does not do well at first I think he will get better with time.

Well as a swede i rather not see one person embarrass and ruin a whole nations reputation, because that is what Naniwa will do. He had his chances and he threw em away, i don't care if he's really good he is still a huge tool! I want HuK to go and Mana and Naama really impressed at DH.

Just 4 seems too low, think you guys should invite 8 for better chances of some more foreigners actually getting into Code A and thus staying in Korea.
1. Huk obviously.
2. Painuser
3. Fenix
4. Morrow.
5. Incontrol
Props to Junkka and GomTV for being so community friendly and asking for our feedback!

Haypro, huk, naama and naniwa.

On the second thought Mana and Naama couse it would be fucking hilarious if they somehow managed to play against each other, like they often do in Europe and break casters toungues.
|
ActionJesuz vs BitByBitPrime would be a show of a lifetime.
On a serious note, it is difficult to suggest anyone considering we have no idea if any of the players would go - code A is mainly a stepping stone to code S and that means longer commitment, necessitating moving to Korea for a longer time. So for now only Huk and Haypro.

HuK SeleCT White/duckloadra and kiwikaki!

This is so true.
It is great to invite people, but inviting them to a ro16 online tournament where top 4 go would be so much better. The players would have to confirm they would be willing + able to play 1 season of code A before entering.
Why?:
1) You can't argue against who gets an invite if they all have an equal shot to prove it 2) Cost and time is negligible over Bnet. 3) Bnet connection between NA and EU is playable and fair. 4) Most/All top 16 pros have EU/NA accounts or could borrow 5) GOM could even livecast it Gisado style 6) It would test who is ready for code A now, not who has a reputation from beta or stopped playing so much.
6 good reasons...
I know that I would be mad if 4 gamers got chosen on popular/expert 'opinion' and I considered them badly out of form or not that good. If the same guys won a quali tournament then who can dispute their right to be there?

Huk obviously deserves a chance after he moved to Korea.
Brat_OK is my favorite terran. I dont know if he would want to go to Korea and if he did, if he could manage to fix his visa issues this time.
QXC is also a very good option in my opinion. I think his playstyle would do well for him in Korea.
Sjow has been slapping around everyone and their mothers in Europe lately, I think he deserves a chance.
DeMuslim is such a mannered guy and a good representant for e-sports. I would love to see him go to Korea and gain some fans.

I am serious about Incontrol, this is why I mentioned in my post that he would have to be considered for entertainment value (especially if GomTV this this entertainment value could carry over to Korean viewers). As far as whether he's one of the most skilled foreign players, he's obviously in the second tier of professionals. Heck, while he'd dispute that he wouldn't argue his results have been second tier. That's not really the issue here.
Entertainment value comes from good games of sc2.
Some of the least entertaining games I ever saw in GSL was Haypro getting rolled by gas-less 2 rax terran despite scouting it.
Pros, even less profficient ones, will never BM infront of a tv audience - especially if all their 'fans' from the foreign scene tuned in just to watch them.
Possible lesser quality games, and no off-screen special entertainment - whats to argue for?

ret is already Code A.

They should just pick winners of high profile international tournaments that many players compete in. Dreamhack and Naama comes to mind. Morrow and IEM. Huk won MLG. There's 3 players who can compete.
|
In terms of my opinion of them as well as play styles and skill...
Huk WhiteRa Hayder BratOK
I'd also love to see Kiwikaki.
