FG change is going to suck bigtime ZvZ. With no threat from FG, muta builds will rape and harrass like hell, how are you supposed to stop that without FG?! What other option besides "Killing him quick" do you have hydras v mutas? Corruptors cant do jack to the rest of his army.
Imagine a map like Scrap, have fun trying to defend main and natural workers against a moving blob of mutas without FG.

Wait. Isn't that the most important and biggest Starcraft 2 tournament? Damn, zergs are having it rough.


It is so unfair that you look at 2 extremely skilled players and kind of say that we are over the top and deserved to be "fixed". As of round of 8, you can see the representation is very good, and that protoss have started to use air much more with great success.

I dont know why Blizzard made these changes at all, the game was very balanced at this point. They should atleast have waited another month or two. But we still have 1 month of testing on the test realm so many things can change.

That's because people in the GSL refue to use infestor's and in that game its was a few phoenixes.. and july had corruptors so why would he need infestors anyways, AND it was a freaking huge stalker ball for most of the game a splash of phoenixes for scouting purposes. Infestors are mainly used with ling bling muta so u can have a good cost effective exchange in the air war because mutas are freaking bad alone

From what I saw he opened phoenix which July dealt with easily, but the point of it was to force July down a certain tech path and then just rape him with a billion stalkers. Fungal wouldn't really have done anything there.

Nothing is ever as simple as you're making it out to be. PDD stops 20 shots and 20 shots only.

And plus SC2 is a game of TIMING more than anything. Maybe you could just go kill the Terran before he gets his cute units, or force him to use his spells defensive instead, etc.

It gets super old reading these threads every time after a patch with people saying things like

"OMG ____ STRATEGY HAS NO COUNTER NOW"

and it's been literally like a single night of testing and you come to this conclusion. Sorry to say but you're probably wrong.

The first applies to team games. Consider a terran player with a bunch of SCVs on auto repair. If the protoss player moves his immortal over to them, the protoss player will be charged for the repairs.

The second... I'm unsure. I think it just means it's even less set in stone than the other changes.

Making Infestors FG not hit air when protoss got air buff(good thing caus they needed it) is as stupid as Roach getting 4 range, while making reaper speed factory upgrade

This is for 2v2 and other teamgames. You can share "unit control", so you can control the units of your allies. With this, one of the things you can do is put ally SCV's on auto-repair. Currently the owner of the SCV has to pay for the repair costs. This has changed. The player who choose the auto-repair pays for the repair costs in the new patch.

Bunker Change is a mistake, it was left in this build and they noticed too late [source?]. Instead of delaying this Public beta they choose to leave it in. It will not be in the official patch.

I know this will be lost in the flood of commentaries but just wanted to say, as a random the fungal growth change is the change I like the least out of everything Blizzard has done. Really hope it doesn't happen.
