Interesting patch. Like the zerg buffs, kind of questionable about the buff to corruptors and nerf to vr's at the same time. Kind of leaves toss a difficult means for dealing with air in pvz without being able to feedback.

I like the voidray nerf because when protoss get an amount of 12+ voidrays in teamgames.. they are pretty much unstoppable.. The rest is all good.. It's intresting though of the building hpboost. Not sure how this will effect the game. Also the roach range is need to see.

So the supply depot requirement nerf has to be a team game related fix right? Surely rax first rushes could not have been a 1v1 balance issue... at all really? Really sad to see variation cut like that.

I really like the energy changes on the thor and corruptor. Lots of players were noting that terran especially had a lot of units that could be feedbacked. The void ray nerf does not seem to bad, I mean it will still fit it's role but not be impossible to kill when they are fully charged and in decent numbers.

I am looking forward to see how this affects matchups and what new build orders / games will be played because of them.

It may sound a little to optimistic but the game seems to be coming along really well in terms of balance. Keeps getting closer and closer, might get it near perfect just in time for Heart of the Swarm to fuck it all up again.

i love the medivac nerf. it was simply too fast and too mobile and plus drop option. this will help against snipping mauders and love that more hp for main buildings

i picked nex genius and inca to go far in gsl2 in the prediction thread =(

seems like a bad decision now.

i'm glad they patch this before the huge tournaments though and not in the middle of one. but this seems really like a team games oriented patch with the vr nerf and reaper nerf. Sadly, this might make TvP even harder for the pros

Is a 9% speed decrease really gonna make them so slow that it holds back the whole terran ball? I mean I honestly don't know, but to me, this change just seems to give you a little mote time to react to a drop if you spot in on its way, and thats about it.

Wow void rays are completely worthless now it seems. I'd have to test them, but they were pretty weak pre-patch...

I'll admit mass speedrays was a problem, but when did anyone ever get that except for team games, and shouldn't you be expecting it then..

Speed decrease and a huge damage decrease.. only 16 now against armored instead of 25.

Also I don't think the reaper nerfs were needed given that roaches now have range 4. That was always the problem, that with really good control you could kite roaches.
