For Amorim the only relevant point that might not be know abroad, was about some fluff about the last few days and what triggered Amorim for that press conference. Media claims it was Wilcox parading around the training center saying to people that he was the manager and so he had last word. That was the last straw on a iffy relation between them to say the least. Hence why Ruben kept saying I'm the Manager of this club in the interview. As for the Bruno thing, he gave a very indepth interview to a Portuguese channel late 2025 that was made public during christmas in a 2 part show. After seeing that I've started liking him a lot more. I was previously neutral to him, but he was very honest and clear to every question he was asked. He was also very clear about the Saudi proposal and the way they approached him, the reasons to reject and what actually came as a surprise and made him really sad about that whole process. Essentially when he said no because he wanted to be with United and be a part of the solution to turn the club around, he was surprised to end that process with the distinct feeling that if it wasn't for Amorim saying he wanted Bruno there, United would have pushed him to go. All in all, Amorim lacked experience and it was maybe too big a step for him specially considering the club is in a complicated situation. As for Bruno, I wouldn't see it as a surprise that he will be gone in the summer now.

They should definitely do a Netflix docu on the era after Fergy xD Thing is: I can even see the board approving such a docu because it would bring a shitload of MONEY and that is all they care about

It just seems so stupid thats exactly the point. they have no plan. just a bunch of monkeys playing football manager. why else are they now trying to find an interim manager to replace their fucking interim manager? all because wilcox didnt want to be told that he in fact ISNT the manager. the clubs board is a fucking joke

But while his overall reign can be seen as a failure, the Red Devils were improving under him before he was shown the door and new interim manager Michael Carrick inherits a team that has been performing like a top-six side in recent months. https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/articles/c0ke7223vp4o Wow... This makes the Amorim sack so much worse

With Amorim they started gathering an acceptable points tally, but whenever you felt like it was starting to look actually good, they drew Wolves or so and all the hype dried away again.

I don't think they'll end up like Man United because of how much pull they have, but this could potentially be a start of a downturn in the club. One can only hope. Oh I'm hoping. Real Madrid sucks balls and since Kroos is done I'm wishing them the worst lol
