Not that I care about naniwa making drama. Yeah, not that I think it matters much here, but I just shake hands no matter what, never even thought about who is supposed to "initiate" the complicate gesture of a simple handshake out of mutual respect.

I don't know where you are from, but in EVERY sports, loser do approach / initiate the handshake. A winner doing it, is bad sportsmanship JUST AS MUCH as denying it. I bet you won't last very long with <250 posts already acting like the biggest douche ever. i disagree. i play sports since im 5 and had some pretty good success on a semiprolevel. its only BM if you act like a douche when you offer the handshake. its totally ok to offer the hand shake since it represents good sportsmanship. vortix didnt intend to insult naniwa, he just wanted to be a good sportsman as you could have seen bey his reaction when naniwa denied it. tl;dr: its normal to offer handshake - no matter if you won or lost. its only bm if yoiu act like a douche while doing it

i guess i am of old habit and still think the loser should approach the winner for the handshake. just like the loser should always say gg -Morrow but times change and after talking to some players who believe that it's just "fair play" to shake hands i dont deny it anymore @WWMorroW Tod follows up his previous tweet. thanks for the cheers but it's not the moment to flame naniwa, just feel happy for me! will try my best next game ![]() Vortix being classy.

I can see being riled up from losing and just not wanting to be pleasant.

The losing player will typically gg out first, and if the winning player offensively ggs, it's seen as BM. Here, it's much the same, with Vortix offering the handshake. Do you see the analogy I'm trying to draw here? naniwa did gg, which was acknowledging "its ok for you to offer me a handhsake" besides, it only would have been rude for vortix to offer the handshake only to deny it and gloat.
