Think of it as in playing ladder I guess, the loser is the one who ggs out, when the obvious winner does it it can smack of gloating (although I don't think that was the case in this instance)

The same aspects of Naniwa's personality that ensure that he is an absolute top player, one of the few who has been able to compete with the Koreans, is the same part of him that creates the sporadic unsportsmanlike behavior. Of course it is too much, but him striving to be the best he can be in the game, no matter the cost, I still love it.
Sporadic? I actually think he's been pretty consistently bm.

If the winner wants to shake hands first, it`s like the winner says gg first instead of the loser.
No how it works in sports is that you compete, a winner is decided and you shake hands as a simple acknowledgement of respect. Shaking hands is not really optional.
Not that I care about naniwa making drama.
I just hope it doesn't effect Vortix in the next series.
He should have had his moment without Naniwa making a scene.

Oh come on now you have over 3k posts, you aren't new here.

What? why?
I don't think it's proper for the winner to approach the loser for a handshake. For some people, it can easily be seen as rubbing it in. It's like a preemptive gg in a sense.
Maybe that's the way you see it, but I completely disagree with that. It's just another manner way of saying "gg thanks for the competition". It has nothing to do with being bm to OFFER SOMEONE A HANDSHAKE.
Treating it as a "gg" like you just did, it can most definitely be compared to an offensive gg. The losing player will typically gg out first, and if the winning player offensively ggs, it's seen as BM. Here, it's much the same, with Vortix offering the handshake. Do you see the analogy I'm trying to draw here?
Blizzard: "phoenix now counter muta in HotS". Then zerg's realized there's a unit called corruptor. WP. Probably the last time we've seen extra stargates thrown down before an impending muta attack. Only relevant difference between mutas in WoL and in HotS is now that they are way stronger in HotS. I truly fear for how PvZ will develop during the next few months.

Hehe, if you think it's bad mannered to approach the loser to shake his hand, how would you describe this:
;D
But FBH has been allowed to BM his opponents by the great gods of SC, due to its amazing celebration innit, the gods knew his celebrations would be amazing.

To be scared away the girl would first have to know what "eSports" is ... so that isnt a big scary thing and the general social inept and immature behaviour of a boy can do wayy more damage.

That's not true at all. In tennis, basketball, fencing, debating, etc. I've always had both sides approach each other. We have several examples from the SC2 scene like Mvp going to console MKP. Just think about MLG games, the winner often went to the loser's booth to thank him for the games. It's supposed to be mutual. It's nothing like an offensive gg as the game is already finalized.

not much to talk about the game. and this handshaking needs some talking. many different opinions.
