i don't follow your logic there. you expected every single toss to advance?

Looking forward to Naniwa vs Stephano

But group A is a hard one, same as F

That should be pretty interesting because when Nani was Europe I felt he was in the same position as Stephano - the unbeateable King of Europe (Nani was like 26 - 0 for a while). Certainly two of the best players that scene has produced so it will be interesting to see Nani fast expand and lose ;P

I feel like if nani plays as well he played at mlg, he would have a very high chance to beat stephano.

But I don't know if nani didn't give a shit or wasn't at his best today, but some games were closer than they should have been. Stephano was in bad situations vs bishu and sjow though, so both of them haven't performed their best today it seems.

If you cut a sentence in half it will be difficult to follow the logic no matter what the sentence says. He said:

Once again there are fewer toss in the tournament at the beginning, but once again there are more of them doing well and going to the next round than the two other races! I think the patch really changed alot of toss players' confidence

I'm not sure if you missed the second half of that somehow or what, lol

I didn't get to see much of Dreamhack today, so when I went on liquipedia I was glad to see the EG guys advance. But then I see they're all in the same group. HerO's group looks tough too, but I think he'll make it out.

the first sentence still doesn't make sense? there aren't many instances where there won't be fewer toss than at the beginning? it's inherent tournament nature :S

Fewer Toss than Zerg and Terran in the beginning. Not fewer Toss in the beginning than Toss in the end.

How many advances, two?

Ohhh, I see. No he meant that going into the tournament there were fewer protoss than zerg or terran, yet there were more protoss left at the end of the day than the other two races.

Protoss 18, 12 players remaining
Zerg 25, 10 players remaining
Terran 21, 10 players remaining

Wha? Am I missing something here? It's the opposite, both IdrA and Orly will have to play one of each matchup.

(Unless you're talking about the ZvEG matchup... Where is Miss Sporrer?)

So is anyone else as disapointed as I am to see TLO playing zerg and bombing out of tourneys? His terran play is prob one of my fav's to watch and just think he is all round such a strong terran player, and to see him playing zerg is just so dam disapointing imo... Any else feel the same way?
