We've got Mana at the 1 o'clock, Boxer at the 5, on Backwater GLUCH.

Mana plops down the standard 13 gate/14 gas..

The pain you feel right now is about 10% of what Zergs have been dealing with since release, especially since...

...you have ghosts.

With me being a newb terran my games don't even get to ghosts 90% of the time, I usually lose to initial baneling busts or mass ling as soon as I expo :'(

Oh, okay. So get better.

FYI I'm garbage and haven't played in months so....

Wish I was back in broodwar at least I knew what to do against massling or baneling busts in that >_<

EMP easily outranges Feedback/storm. No more qq, please.

On to Crossfire..will be interesting to see if one of them all-ins hoping for a quick win after that epic battle..

I wouldn't call 1 extra range "easily" outranging. Yes, it outranges feedback, but don't be obnoxious to make your point.

12 (AOE) - 9 = 1?? I'm sorry that being correct was obnoxious. Next time, I'll just poop out false balance opinions and commiserate with you.

Boxer gets some vengeance, now on to the rubber match.

What, we're counting AoE radius as the actual range now? That's just ridiculous because of how unreliable that extra range can be. You cast an EMP at 12 range and the Templar could get pushed a little by a stiff breeze and the EMP misses. Are we going to start saying Storm has a 10.5 range now?

These polls shouldn't even happen for boxer games, just auto-recommend with the reason of: "It's boxer."

I was about to say polls with boxer on it should have a 4th option:

- Yes
- No
- If you have time
- BOXER!!!!

I would always vote option 4 :D

Really guys, do we have to argue Feedback vs EMP balance in every PvT? :|
It all comes down to the micro of the players, in reality...

would really be nice if the game gave u more time to react to nukes or made them easier to see as protoss this feels realy hard to deal with.. amazing play by the boxer though hes paving the way for future tvp

Are you fucking kidding me? Nukes are pathetically easy to spot and stop. They take a long ass time to drop. Not only that, they suck - the damage decrease as you get away from the explosion point is ridiculous.

no need for that kind of language its just really hard to see the dot if its not on your probe line or army and you dont have enough time to find that dot. clearly they dont suck boxer is showing us how its done and its only going to get stronger.

I'm sorry, but your statement was just completely ridiculous. Not only is that red dot rather large and very easy to spot against pretty much every terrain type, Boxer only had one nuke that did anything. I wouldn't say he had an incredible amount of success with them.

i think your forgetting ghost can cloak and nuke multiple location at once and protoss is very limited with detection. how do you know where to move if you cant find the dot! boxer might not have won the game but he showed us the future of tvp and its looking really scary to deal with

Yup, having an invisible and tiny detector that can come out at minimal cost and only 1 supply is very limited detection. And multiple nukes? Meaning you have to have multiple Ghost academies and nukes cost 200/200 per?

nukes cost 100/100

My bad, but the remaining points stand.

Nope, forgot that nukes don't require supply anymore.

Baneling busts in BW were pretty easy to deal with.

On a serious note, opening 2rax and floating them to the natural to make a rax wall is a pretty good way of dealing with 2 base baneling timings, if it's one base baneling busts you're having trouble with the 2 barracks wall with a depot in the middle with only one hex open makes it very difficult to efficiently do one (banelings can't kill the rax, zerglings get funnelled).
