So right now my best idea, is to go old school wol on this build. Basically if you scout this possibility, you will need at least one sentry. Sack the natural as it hits before the nexus is finished, ff your main ramp and chrono out immortals, use pylons to keep out any floating factories. Then just keep building immortals sentries and go up to 3(4?) gates. A good player should go home and expand by the time your army can crush them. Now its just a matter of getting the right combo of gate + robo units to deal counter damage. Immortals and sentries can kill bunkers, but stim should be finished as well as 3 rax production... not sure how to punish this build as protoss?

Back then I went FFE versus Zerg, but nowadays I hardly see any streamers go for Forge but for Gateway instead. Why is ist, that Forge fell of the radar? Are the ramps of the naturals too wide to walloff?

Are the ramps of the naturals too wide to walloff? Forge is still popular especially on kr ladder. Advantage of gateway expand is u get warpgate done faster so u can do earlier pressure. Also prevents the zerg from playing super greedy and has to be top notch with his scouting. Also gets mothership core a lot earlier to defend all-ins. Of course this is less economical than ffe

I have troubles in PvT, my weakest matchup by far. I have a replay and few questions: http://drop.sc/379801 1. Why has gasless expand fell out of the meta? How can I punish this without going blind proxy Stargate or something like that? 2. When the opponent expands on 8:00 like he did, what is the proper response? I felt like I can't expand until much later because I can have only few units to deflect his pressure, and I eventually fell behind in supply, and although I did snipe a bunch of Medivacs and cleared his entire mineral line at the 3rd later, my army still got loled on. 3. When is it the best time to go to Templar tech in this case? 4. Is there any glaring macro problem here?

What maps have you vetoed this season? I'm having a fair bit of trouble on King Sejong and Merry. Mostly against terran. Not sure what people are vetoing yet.

Recall is a great ability in these situations because it allows you to be active on the map, get an idea of what the zerg is doing and put on some pressure all at the same time while not really risking anything and teching behind it. This keeps the zerg away from droning and lets you react better (for example you could notice him skipping ling speed, etc.). So just move out with your MSC and a couple units and put on some pressure. A lot of protoss players use the economic advantage they have to hit a gateway all in, capitalizing on the delayed zerg economy and their inability to get up to a strong enough economy to outproduce your attack (Seed did this in game 3 against violet at LSC yesterday for example).

Usually I do a strong 2 base allin that hits early. Players who open like that either keep cheesing with speedling/baneling etc. or they will go #YOLO and make nothing but drones until 80 in an attempt to get back in the game. If you don't see any more units coming yourway, just cut units completely, get a big econ going and then hit a Blink or Colossus or VoidRay/sentry timing and you should crush face. Wouldn't recommend a 4 gate or 3 gate or any of that as they'll likely have a delayed 3rd behind their initial push.

I almost always do 4 gate pressure (not all-in) with recall to save the units while teching and expanding behind it against people who do early pools and don't do damage. He's going to be behind in drone count and, more importantly, larva. By doing pressure, you force units instead of drones, and you can just keep pressuring the front and pick off units as long as you're careful. Even if you do no direct damage you should just be getting yourself further ahead. By the time zerg can crush your pressure, you can just recall and laugh, having lost basically nothing.

Later timings are okay, you just have to be very careful not to commit and not to actually attack: you just park outside the creep and posture. Hug the cliffs and keep warping in units. He has to make units or risk dying if you see no units and attack, so while he's doing that he isn't make drones. When he finally tries to break you, just recall.

I'm not looking for necessarily the most fun or exciting games where crazy things happened (so dont like to the top rated games of the week/month please).. just examples of PvZ, PvT,and PvP that are relatively modern... PREFERABLY on Overgrowth or another reasonable map. Thanks!

I haven't had time to watch many games lately, so that's the only one that jumps to my mind right now.
