I'm not as high level as you but this is what I do.
Usually I do some kinds of adept harass then, to tackle the ravage counter I've been pumping phoenix. Ravagers are not armored so you can snipe them as they leave the protection of queens and spores. Micro from the bombs but at the very least you can heavily delay it cause they'll be trying to zone your phoenix away to move across map. If they suicide through then you should be able to pick off 3-4 ravagers before he reaches you.
