I was just curious where Hovz went. I know he used to be really popular, but I never understood the story about where he went. I don't want to say something that's wrong, to just create drama, I just used to enjoy talking to him on wgtour.

He started playing poker for a living. Last I heard he was doing pretty well playing live, but that was a couple years ago(maybe even longer, time flies). If you ask on liquidpoker.net I imagine someone there would know where he is in life right now.

I was just curious. I had heard so much about him, but it was always impossible for me to tell the difference between the rumors and the truth when I was talking to him. He had the most elaborate stories that he'd tell me years ago, but I'd never believe him. I just liked to listen to the stories. I know lots of people say that he wasn't good, but imo he was pretty good. I felt like he just got too caught up trying to sound tough.

you can say what you want of hovz but in his prime he was definitely one of the best terrans in the U.S. Probably 2nd or 3rd best, honestly I can't remember what terran in the U.S. I had more trouble vs than him.. but im probably just not remembering.
