ty and yea... the reaver model is ok... it's just the textures... and it has no animations... hopefully those will get cleared up

for the defiler im using that scorpion critter thing
it looks good. but there are no team colors. so dunno what i'll do about that.

So essentially you are making BW with better graphics.

....Unless I am incorrect Blizzard already made a singleplayer version of BW with better graphics.(come on, its not like they are going to release the old map editor in CE, all the kids who have grown up playing halo 2 will barf)

But I will want to play it in multiplayer.

Remember, you don't need to make it an "exact replica" of BW. Getting the concepts and intent of BW down in SC2 is plenty sufficient, I think (like having to jury rig certain spells and stuff--PDD could be modified to act as a darkswarm, by making the PDD not require energy, and making all ranged attacks projectiles or something...).

You have no idea how much I am looking forward to something like this; good luck with the rest of it!

buff the reaver splash radius slightly. collosus seem more efficient than the reaver at killing workers, lol.

There used to be a mod for Warcraft 3. IIRC, it was called "Project Revolution", and they had some pretty sweet models, but unfortunately, most of the coding couldn't be implemented into the War3 engine. If you can track it down, it'll probably help you out. You'll have to convert the war 3 models to SC2 models though.

Maybe make a trigger to give the unit a Defensive Matrix to absorb the amount the tank would deal? Pre-healing wouldn't work if the unit was at full health, and post-healing wouldn't help a unit that would die anyway... maybe modified Hardened Shields?

Reaver seems pretty bad at killing mineral lines. I guess in a way, it balances the fact that units clump and scarabs are much smarter

it looks really awesome but I would suggest shrinking the size of the reaver..it looks a little too big in comparison to the rest of the units
